With the rapid growth of energy demand,the development and application of new energy clean power generation technology are increasingly valued,and the research of wind power generation technology has also become a hot spot in energy.However,due to the characteristics of wind energy such as randomness and volatility,the large-scale grid connection of wind power generation is restricted.Under this background,this paper builds a wind storage joint system through the two parts of wind turbine simulator and battery energy storage system,designs and writes a wind power smoothing control strategy algorithm,and smoothes the fluctuation of wind power.This design first briefly describes the wind turbine simulator system and battery energy storage system,and secondly uses the programmable controller to write the optimal torque control algorithm and PI adjustment algorithm.Then run the optimal torque control algorithm on the wind turbine simulator equipment,and use the industrial control automation software TwinCAT to realize the host computer monitoring,collect the real-time speed,torque,wind energy utilization coefficient and other data of the wind turbine to verify its wind turbine simulator The rationality of the control algorithm.Then use the PI adjustment algorithm to control the constant current and constant power charging and discharging operation of the battery energy storage system,build a corresponding human-computer interactive monitoring interface,and collect the system's DC bus voltage,total current,active power,and distribution network side voltage.Finally,the industrial Ethernet EtherCAT bus protocol is used to build a wind storage joint system to realize the communication between the programmable controller and each inverter.Based on this platform,a low-pass smoothing control strategy algorithm was written and run in the wind-storage joint system,and smooth grid-connected power was obtained.After calculation,the required energy storage system capacity was 4.494 MWh.This algorithm can be widely used in engineering,but it still has the drawback of tracking lag,so on this basis,a more optimized smoothing control algorithm based on genetic algorithm is used.After simulation operation,the algorithm under the control of the algorithm is obtained.The minimum capacity of the energy storage system required is 4.276 MWh,which can be optimized to reduce the required capacity of the energy storage system.
