It has a great impact on the wind power paralleling in the grid directly due to the randomness and fluctuation characteristics of wind energy resources. In this paper, wind farm with storage system have the abilities that improve the dynamic balance of wind power, optimize the power quality, enhance the stability of power grid by charging and discharging, the storage system can solve the problem of the instability which wind power paralleling in the grid have, and also can increase the stability and security of the grid system. Equipped with storage system can decrease the error rate between the plan scheduling and actual scheduling in the process of paralleling in gird, reduce the penalty of the gird caused by this error, and increase the net income of wind farm.Firstly, combining with the current status of wind power generation and energy storage technology and targeting to the economy and practicality in actual production, this paper presents a system of wind farm which the storage system equipped in each fans. Then, analysis the relationship between wind speed and wind power, achieve a short-term prediction of wind farm power by the method of time series and establish wind speed model, and set up a mathematical model of wind farm based on the analysis of energy storage system. Application of dynamic programming in deterministic wind speed model, and presents improved genetic algorithm(IGA) based on the characteristics of random in wind speed. It can be seen from the result by comparing the simulation that dynamic programming method has obvious advantages than mean algorithm, IGA also has a faster convergence speed and global search than traditional genetic algorithm(TGA) Finally, the simulation that use IGA to solve the problem of searching the best schedule was done in MATLAB, and get the optimal scheduling and optimal revenue. All of it can provide some references for the economics and engineering applications of hybrid energy storage system.
