With the development of science and technology,the concept of 5g changing life appears.People's life and work are increasingly inseparable from intelligent software.Network communication and logistics services are constantly upgrading with the development of the times.However,the problem of express packaging cycle in logistics management has not been solved.It will lead to waste of resources and environmental pressure if the express package is handled in a rough way.In view of these problems,it is not enough to put forward some suggestions and methods without solving them in application.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to study how to use the relevant methods in the field of service design to establish the express packaging cycle system as well as properly solve the problem of express packaging.First of all,this paper makes out the current situation of express packaging in today's society and the relevant tools of service design through a large number of literature survey.In order to solve the problem of low recycling rate of express packaging,this paper analyzes the traditional double drill design model and finds the shortcomings of the traditional double drill service design model.Thus the "improved service design model of double drilling" is put forward.In order to verify the effectiveness of the improved model,the practical application and development is adopted.Secondly,through field investigation,this paper makes a general survey of users' attitudes towards express packaging,their living and working habits and problems encountered,by which the research direction is determined.After then,this paper conducts in-depth interviews with typical users and finds out the deeper needs of users in the process of interviews.In order to avoid too subjective demand screening,this paper applies the analytic hierarchy process to the development of recycling system.Through the quantification of requirements,the guidance of design and development is more rational and the design is more suitable for the needs of users.Next,the work steps of output stage are designed according to the quantitative demand results.The output stage is closely related to the specific steps of improving the model.Through service blueprints,business flow charts,business architecture charts,story boards,business canvases and other service design tools,the design concept and improvement model are specified.Finally,in order to verify the feasibility of the above work,the author uses prototype tools to test the feasibility of the system based on the improved model.In order to ensure the integrity and comprehensiveness of the test results,this paper divides the test into two parts.One is the test and analysis of the operation efficiency of the main process.The other is the quantitative evaluation and analysis of the user experience.The feasibility is evaluated by efficiency and user experience.From the perspective of service design,this paper proposes an improved service design model of double drill.At the same time,the improved model is applied to the design and development of express packaging cycle system.It has been proved that service design is feasible to be used in the cyclic development of express packaging.The results of this study have a certain practical value for the interaction design work in the field of service design.
