Design And Research Of Express Package Recycling System Based On Service Design Concept Research

In the current environment of rapid economic and technological development,my country and the world are facing severe resource and environmental problems.In recent years,great attention has been paid to the construction of green ecological civilization as one of the basic national policies.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that in order to establish a sound economic system of green and low-carbon circular development,it is necessary to firmly grasp the development trend of circular economy and continuously explore new directions for sustainable development.With the development of the e-commerce economy,it has led to the rise of my country’s express delivery industry,and express delivery has become an indispensable tool in people’s lives.Behind the explosive growth of express delivery volume,it represents the use of a large number of express packaging materials,and it also reflects that the packaging is transformed into a large amount of garbage after completing the mission of protecting goods,which will bring a serious burden on my country’s resources and the environment.This thesis mainly focuses on the research on the express packaging recycling system,and analyzes the current express packaging materials,existing recycling modes,and users’ demand for recycling,to understand the difficulties of recycling express packaging,and to build a new express packaging recycling The system puts forward its own ideas.Since the most important link in express packaging recycling is the handling of express packaging by express users,it is very important for the construction of the service system in express packaging recycling.This article will start with the theoretical research of service design,sort out the express packaging recycling process with the thinking of service design,and integrate the express packaging recycling information,recycling methods,user experience,and service requirements through the method of service design.And through the service contacts of the express packaging recycling system and the service blueprint planning,the express packaging recycling software and hardware are accurately positioned,and the express packaging recycling product end and the software end are combined as the carrier to build a user-centered and people-oriented express packaging recycling service system.It is hoped that the results of this research can improve the status quo of express packaging recycling for the country and enterprises,and provide some suggestions and ideas for the deepening of the recycling system and the development of environmental protection and ecology in the future.
