| In recent years,highway industry in China has consistently implemented the strategy of green development and promoted the construction and development of green highways and green service areas.There is a gap between the construction of highways and supporting service facilities in Heilongjiang Province and the national average.Most of the existing highway service areas can only meet the basic needs of drivers and staff,and the concept of green service area construction has not yet been formed.As a technology platform with 3D model information as the carrier,BIM can coordinate all the information in the design phase of the green service area,and is an effective tool for transferring design information to design evaluation.Therefore,the design evaluation of highway service areas based on BIM technology and efficient optimization and improvement of design schemes are of great significance to the long-term and healthy development of green service areas in the province.This article takes the design evaluation of green service area and BIM technology as the research object,starting from the actual situation of highway service area construction in Heilongjiang Province,and explores the BIM-based green service area design evaluation workflow.Firstly,this paper investigates the development status of Heilongjiang Province’s service areas on the spot,analyzes the impact of regional characteristics on the construction of green service areas,and uses methods such as frequency analysis and expert consultation to construct a design evaluation index system for highway green service areas in Heilongjiang Province.Secondly,this paper analyzes the technical application points of BIM technology to the design evaluation index of the highway green service area in Heilongjiang Province one by one,and builds the evaluation index,information extraction workflow.Next,this paper uses SPSS software to improve the AHP method through factor analysis to determine the evaluation index weight,and builds a design evaluation model based on cloud matter element.MATLAB programming is used to build evaluation cloud diagram,and evaluation grade is determined by calculating membership degree.Finally,take Taipingchuan service area as an example,this paper extracts design evaluation related data based on BIM technology,applied to the Design Evaluation Model established in the previous article.The membership degree is calculated to determine the evaluation level.The results of this paper verify that the design evaluation of green service area based on BIM can effectively improve the efficiency of evaluation,and realize the informatization,integration and high efficiency of the evaluation of green service area. |
