In recent years,China has vigorously promoted prefabricated buildings.Among them,prefabricated steel structure buildings have been promoted because of their light weight,high strength,environmental protection,good seismic performance and space utilization.With the rapid development of various steel structure systems,the research on the envelope system is relatively lagging behind.There are problems such as unreliable connection,easy cracking,and possible fall of walls under earthquakes,which severely restricts the construction of prefabricated steel structures and affectes the long-term development of the process of construction industrialization and has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on an extruded cement panel developed by a company,this paper proposes a new Z-shaped steel clip flexible connection method.This method is used to connect the wallboard and the steel frame,and a pseudo-static test is performed on it,investigate the working performance of the Z-shaped steel clip and the stress characteristics of the wallboard in this connection mode,with a view to solving the connection problems of such wall panels and the problem of cracking under the action of earthquakes,having a positive effect on the application of steel structure buildings and provide a reference for engineering applications.The work and results completed in this thesis have the following three aspects: 1)Combining the hollow characteristics of the extruded cement wallboard with the mechanical properties of the board itself,a new Z-shaped steel clip flexible connection method is proposed,and the design idea of this connection method,the calculation method of the selection of the connector and the detailed installation process are described.2)A pseudo-static test of 4 pieces of extruded cement wallboard was carried out to investigate the connection reliability of Z-shaped steel clip and the failure phenomenon and stress characteristics of wall plates of different thickness and height under the connection method of Z-shaped steel clip,analyze the hysteresis loop,skeleton curve,stiffness and energy consumption of each test piece.The results show that when the inter-layer displacement angle reaches the limit of 1/50 of the rare-earthquake elastoplastic inter-layer displacement angle,the Z-shaped steel clip can ensure the reliable connection of the extruded cement wallboard with a thickness of more than 60 mm to the steel frame,and without damage or failure of connected nodes,and the wallboard is in the elastic working stage.3)Based on the results of pseudo-static tests,a finite element simulation method is used for a steel structure building equipped with an extruded cement wall panel to analyze and calculate the dynamic characteristics of the structure to provide more detailed guidance for engineering applications.According to some atlases,technical regulations and construction schemes,combining test and simulation results,the structural measures and construction suggestions for the important parts of the building when the ECP wallboard is connected with the Z-shaped steel clip are given.The details of the structure of the connection between the wallboard and the frame beam,the treatment of the gap between the wallboard and the frame column,the treatment of the seam of the wallboard splicing board,the connection structure of the wallboard at the window opening,the connection structure of the wallboard and the door frame,and the foot structure are introduced.
