Research On The Coupling And Coordination Evaluation System Of The Protection And Commercial Utilization Of Residential Historical And Cultural Blocks

The historical and cultural block continues the memory of the city and is an important part of reflecting the city culture and shaping the city characteristics.As the residential historical and cultural block with the highest proportion in the historical and cultural block,its unique regional dwellings and traditional folk customs are rare and precious cultural heritage.However,in the process of rapid urbanization,a large number of historical and cultural blocks are facing inadequate protection,material environment decay,or overdevelopment,and block culture is lacking,which has led to the imbalance and lack of vitality in the development of historical and cultural blocks.In response to the above phenomena,build a coupling and coordinated evaluation system for the protection and commercial utilization of residential historical and cultural blocks,to seek a balanced relationship between the protection and commercial utilization,thereby guiding residential historical and cultural blocks to a more scientific,reasonable,and sustainable development.The core content of this article is to construct coupling coordination evaluation system for the protection and commercial utilization of residential historical and cultural blocks.By studying the relevant literature materials on historical and cultural blocks and the evaluation of residential cultural blocks at home and abroad,the research purpose and significance of this article were determined,and the research framework was combed.Then the article quoted the theoretical basis of the coupling and coordination of the protection and commercial utilization of residential historical and cultural blocks,analyzed the relationship between the protection and commercial utilization in the development process of residential historical and cultural blocks,and expounded the significance of the coordinated development of the protection and commercial utilization of the residential historical and cultural blocks.These studies established the premise of the construction of the coupling and coordination evaluation system of the protection and commercial utilization of them.On this basis,this paper utilized the frequency statistics method and refers to the existing evaluation system of historical and cultural blocks to initially select the protection evaluation factors and commercial utilization evaluation factors of residential historical and cultural blocks.After consultation with experts,the factors were revised to establish a protection index system and a commercial utilization index system of residential historical and cultural blocks.Guided by the analytic hierarchy process,the indicator weights were set in the form of questionnaires.Subsequently,a coupling and coordination model was utilized to intervene to combine the two major systems of protection and commercial utilization of residential historical and cultural blocks to form a harmonious and coordinated evaluation system for the protection and commercial utilization of residential historical and cultural blocks.Based on the possible evaluation results,the criteria were determined.Then,taking the historical and cultural block of Cangxiang Street in Anyang as an example,the evaluation system was applied and verified.And according to the evaluation results,corresponding optimization suggestions were put forward.Finally,the research was summarized and reviewed,and the deficiencies and prospects of the research are pointed out.The construction of coupling coordination evaluation system for the protection and commercial utilization of residential historical and cultural blocks,from the perspectives of block protection and commercial utilization,to explore the balanced relationship of residential historical and cultural blocks development,which is a complement to the relevant research.In the later stage,according to the development of residential historical and cultural blocks,the evaluation system should be constantly revised to ensure the accuracy and scientificity of the evaluation results.
