Comprehensive Evaluation Of Historical And Cultural Blocks Under The Concept Of Community Museums

Historical and cultural district of the city has undergone historical changes,witnessed the development process,which contains a wealth of culture and resources,is an important part of human civilization and social development.However,the reality of the historical and cultural blocks being caught in "geographical and cultural crisis",can not effectively show their cultural charm,heritage and cultural resources.In this context,this paper introduces the concept of the museum community,trying to build a comprehensive evaluation system history and cultural district,with a fresh look at the situation of cultural survival neighborhood history,discover the outstanding problems existing neighborhoods in the development process,and propose targeted solution strategy to a new model to guide the district science,rational path of sustainable development.The core content of this article is based on a comprehensive evaluation system of historical and cultural district community established the concept of the museum and its instances validation studies.In the construction of part of the evaluation system,this paper through a series of fundamental research,the historical and cultural blocks to build community-building framework Museum;then,established under the guidance method of frequency statistics,expert consultation,etc.In this framework on the basis of since the comprehensive evaluation index system of historical and cultural blocks at the community museum philosophy;and finally,again determined by AHP weight value of each level evaluation index,and the importance of sorting,to form a comprehensive evaluation system of historical and cultural blocks under full community museum concept.Examples of verification part of the evaluation system,take into account the regional diversity and historical and cultural blocks,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for different body design appropriate questionnaire,and the evaluation results are collected and processed to finally obtain the comprehensive evaluation value.Then,Kaifeng City,two typical historical and cultural blocks-Shuanglong Lane Street and Bookstore historical and cultural blocks as a test case,application of comprehensive evaluation system will be built,andcalculate the value of comprehensive evaluation,and put forward the corresponding optimization analysis in comparison strategy.Finally,this research summary and review,pointing out deficiencies and future prospects.Review the entire course of the study found that comprehensive evaluation system established in this paper not only need to keep the index system adjusted and amended according to theory development and practice of community museums also need to improve and supplement the continuous practice applying post,make sure that the evaluation results real,scientific and effective.
