| In recent years,the development of regional energy has been widely concerned,and various types of renewable energy technologies,waste heat utilization technologies and distributed triple supply technologies have begun to be widely used.Therefore,this paper takes the actual energy project of a hospital community energy system as an example,constructs a common energy system plan for the community,and establishes a multi-index evaluation system and comprehensive evaluation model suitable for this.This paper firstly constructs five typical community energy system allocation schemes: traditional system,natural gas triple supply system,ground source heat pump system,solar-air source heat pump system and multi-energy complementary system,and analyze the system principle,characteristics and equipment composition of various schemes.Moreover,the equipment selection calculation of each scheme is carried out for a certain hospital instance,and the equipment information basis is provided for the index calculation.Then,a hierarchical multi-index comprehensive evaluation system for community energy systems was established.The four standard indicators of technology,economy,environmental protection and social type were introduced to the meaning and calculation analysis of 24 indicators.The five indicators of the hospital case were calculated by quantitative indicators and the quantitative indicators were quantified based on the superior value benchmark,which provided detailed basic data support for the comprehensive evaluation.Then the G1-anti-entropy weight comprehensive evaluation model is established on the basis of the index system,and the general analysis step s including index standardization,comprehensive weight calculation and scoring function calculation are analyzed and introduced,and the hospital examples are evaluated and analyzed.The order of the scores is: scheme 5> scheme 3> scheme 4> scheme 2> scheme 1,that is,the decision makers and related designers of the project should give priority to the multi-energy complementary scheme of the coupling of the natural gas triple supply system and the ground source heat pump.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation results are analyzed in detail from the standardization and comprehensive weighting process of indicators,and the comprehensive evaluation is analyzed from the evaluation factors such as expert evaluation and subjective and objective evaluation.The case application analysis has achieved good results,which can provide reference for decision makers in future community energy planning. |
