Research On Comprehensive Evaluation System Of Historic And Cultural District Based On The Concept Of Community Museum

Historical and cultural district is a microcosm and concentrated reflection of city history and culture.Its integrity,the original true,living condition and sustainable development is of great significance not only for its themselves but also for the society and the urban cultural development.In the past,the researchers of historical and cultural district protection paid more attention to protect the historical buildings,while ignoring the protection of non-material culture,so it’s easy to destroy its sustainable development.So the development model of community museums historical district came into being,this pattern pays more attention to the integrity protection and nonphysical protection.A comprehensive value evaluation system for the historical and cultural district guided by the community museum conservation core will help to treat the protection problem in a more comprehensive way.(1)About the evaluation index selection,combined with the domestic and foreign research about evaluation system of the historical district,we take the core concepts of community museum development model as a guide.Using Pearson correlation analysis to eliminate indicators in large correlation based on market research data.(2)Using Delphi method to carry out the questionnaire consultation,analytic hierarchy process and the yaahp software to construct judgment matrix calculating weights of indicators at all levels.(3)Correcting the weight with the market research data to construct the final evaluation system and evaluation Processes and standards.(4)In the application of comprehensive value evaluation,through data collection,field investigation and questionnaire survey,the comprehensive value of San Fang Qi Xiang is calculated.The analysis of every evaluation indicator provide reference significance for the development of various aspects of the historical and cultural district.Finally,the summary of this research points out the deficiency of research and holds the conclusion that the comprehensive value evaluation system has a higher reference value for historical and cultural district in community museum type.With the development of society and the improvement of people’s cognitive level,comprehensive value evaluation system needs to be constantly consummated to ensure its sustainability and accuracy.
