The semiconductor refrigeration sheet is a new type of refrigeration equipment that utilizes the thermoelectric coupling effect of semiconductor materials to achieve the refrigeration effect.The semiconductor cooling plate is mainly composed of a ceramic plate,a deflector,(P-type and N-type)semiconductor particles and wires,and several pairs of(P-type and N-type)semiconductor particles are alternately arranged on the ceramic plate welded with the deflector.Regarding the arrangement of semiconductor particles in the cooling sheet,the paper proposes to use a particle sorting machine to arrange the semiconductor particles neatly.The particle arranging machine is composed of a driving platform and an arranging disk.Blind holes are distributed on the upper surface of the arranging disk.The shape and distribution position of the blind holes are determined by the shape and arrangement requirements of the particles.During the operation of the particle sorting machine,the drive platform provides the exciting force for the whole row of discs to achieve different movements.The particles scattered in the whole row of discs move with the whole row of discs and gradually fall into the blind holes,so that the particles are neatly arranged the blind holes of the entire row of disks.When a particle alignment machine is used to arrange semiconductor particles neatly,the movement form of the array disc directly affects the alignment efficiency of the semiconductor particles.This article uses ADAMS software to establish a virtual prototype simulation model of semiconductor particle arrangement on a particle alignment machine,and analyzes the dynamics of semiconductor particle movement on the array board.The best movement form of semiconductor particle arrangement.By optimizing the mechanical structure of the particle sorting machine,designing a new type of particle sorting machine to make the movement of the whole row of discs in line with the best motion form obtained by simulation.The ANSYS Workbench software modal analysis and fatigue analysis of the components are carried out to check the rationality of the structural design and avoid the resonance phenomenon in the process of the particle sorting machine and to improve the operation safety of the grain sorting machine.Based on the mechanical system dynamics and statics simulation analysis,this paper designs a new type of particle sorting machine suitable for the arrangement of semiconductor particles,which significantly improves the efficiency of semiconductor particle arrangement,reduces the processing cost of semiconductor cooling chips and improves the semiconductor cooling chips Processing speed.In addition,the research in this paper provides a new idea for the optimization design of mechanical devices and provides important theoretical guidance significance and practical value for the improvement of the particle arrangement theory and the optimization of the particle alignment machine.
