With the rapid development of China's economy ,s economy, more and more of the shore container cranes in use, but due to equipment replacement costs and port specific conditions, China has a large river, sea ports and 60 years and70 years;s own design manufactured or imported in China second-hand equipment, many of which have structural damage in the crane has been in frequent use is still the port, which had entered service quayside late or extended service period, which creates a potential security threat to production. As the quayside container crane is expensive, users always want to extend the life of their use, particularly in the quay crane is being used by the design constraints at that time, there are many problems, such as fatigue strength is not in accordance with the design, used for many years after the urgent need for the device management structural reliability assessment.For the shore before the bridge girder trolley system architecture design, this paper, virtual prototyping technology in the following areas were discussed: first, the parameters of the feature-based modeling technology, the Pro / E in the Context of the shore before the bridge girder rod system, a model three-dimensional model; Second, using ANSYS and Pro / E data transfer interface, the generating beams of flexible body models. In ADAMS / VEIW to exert restraint and exercise, to establish systems of rigid body, flexible body coupled model. ; Third, described the car the first beam on the work of the process, to establish the dynamic equation of lifting the same time, combining work in the car during the analysis of movement before the establishment of dynamic equations of a beam structure; Fourth, introducing the many-body dynamics based on the operating condition of the car simulation; Fifth, the system modal analysis.This simulation results show that the dynamic model of quayside container crane is more correct, the use of virtual prototyping technology to its dynamic simulation analysis is feasible. It also shows that use of the technology to shore container crane trolley system design and experiments provide a more important reference data, greatly reducing design cycle crane, saving development funding.
