With the development of China's economy,the increasing influence of international relationship and the drastic changes of international political situation,the surrounding situation of China is becoming more and more complicated and serious.China is an urgent need for a strong self-sustaining modern fishery fleet(now more ship from Fisheries Sector renamed and turned into the Chinese maritime police sequence,there are still part of the Fisheries Sector ships and sea surveillance ship).Based on China's national defense and the urgent need to maintain the interests of the sea,the fishery ship as a marine law enforcement force,with an important historical mission.Due to the fishery ship battle in the defense of China's maritime rights and interests of the first line,need to withstand a variety collision with the conflicting sea conditions.Long time retention and poor working environment gave the Chinese government chance to raise the ship design standard for improving comfortable and the ship's wave resistance,ensuring the safety of the people in the fleet,and so on.Based on the requirements of the thousands ton fishery ship project,the fin stabilizer is selected as an anti-rolling device.Combining with the specific condition of the fishery ship project in the conflicting sea area,the paper have invested the following three aspects that is simulation,construction and installation technology of the fin stabilizer.The paper constructed a mathematical model of the ship rolling.Using the wave spectrum technology,the single parameter spectrum recommended by ITTC is selected.According to the superposition principle of regular wave,the mathematical model of long irregular random wave is established,and the wave inclination curve of ship is simulated by Matlab software under different sea conditions.Selecting the different input data of wave inclination angle for the initial input of the control system.Then the paper constructed the ship rolling model and numerical simulation based on the Conolly linear ship rolling mathematical equation.The paper has researched the control system and modeled the ship rolling with the adding ship fin stabilizer By contrast the simulation results to test the fin stabilizer in reducing the efficiency of ship rolling.This paper can be divided into four modules.Which are: the background and development significance of the fishery ship;random wave disturbance and ship roll modeling and simulation;ship fin stabilizer controlling system;the thousand ton fishery administration ship fin stabilizer construction and installation process.The paper has designed installation of the fin stabilizer of the fishery administration ship.Then mooring test and hydrostatic test is designed to verify the effect the fin stabilizer.Combining the fin stabilizer of both here and abroad,the fin stabilizer of the thousand ton fishery administration ship construction and installation process had been established.This paper had been discussing and improving the structure and composition of the fin stabilizer?Finally,an engineering design is achieved.
