In recent years,the rural economy in the northern cold regions has developed rapidly,and the resulting environmental pollution and energy crisis have become increasingly serious.Under the current situation of implementing the scientific development concept,vigorously promoting energy conservation and emission reduction,and building new rural areas,it is very important to effectively solve the problems of high energy consumption,low thermal insulation performance and poor indoor comfort of existing rural residences in northern cold regions.The enclosure system is an important separation between indoor and outdoor environments.Improving the thermal performance of the enclosure system to reduce energy consumption requirements can improve energy efficiency from the root cause.At the current stage of the country's promotion of clean energy heating,solar energy utilization is an effective way to moderately regulate the indoor thermal environment and reduce energy consumption.This study takes the rural residential in cold regions in the north as the research object,and explores the energy-saving methods of farm houses in terms of solar energy utilization and enclosure system transformation.First of all,the field investigation of the current situation of farm houses in the cold regions of the north and analysis and summary of the existing problems,by collecting and sorting the related transformation cases of cold regions and foreign cold regions,analyze the transformation experience that can be used for reference.Secondly,Technical suitability and integrity are the principles of solar energy utilization in rural residences,summarizing active and passive solar technology strategies.Aiming at the reform of the rural residential enclosure system,five reform principles of safety,economic suitability,suitableenvironment,easy construction,and style enclosure were proposed,and the reform paths of exterior walls,roofs,doors,windows and ground were systematically sorted out.Finally,a technical plan was formed for the transformation of a typical rural residential in Zhujialin village,Linyi.The energy consumption simulation software of Design Builder was used to simulate,quantify and analyze the indoor energy consumption and temperature of the rural house before the renovation,the rural house after the renovation of the enclosure system and the rural house after the addition of the sunshine room,and determined the better results of the transformation.Program.The research results of this article can provide a reference for the transformation of rural houses in the cold regions of the north,and promote the development of energy conservation and emission reduction and the construction of villages and towns in China.
