With the rapid development of Chinese construction and economy,people’s living standards have been improved,and the demand for housing has also increased,which has led to increasing tension in urban construction land.Some existing buildings can not meet the people’s increasing material,cultural,and functional needs,and the area of using to be further expanded.Under these circumstances,the existing building can be added to the renovation,so that not only can expand the use area of the house,but also change its use function.This article takes the actual project as an example.The structure is a 27-story shear wall structure on the ground.According to the comprehensive demonstration and referring to the owner’s requirements,the top of the structure is to be covered with a three-layer reinforced concrete structure to increase the usable area of the building.The article simulates the structure through structural calculation software and finite element analysis software,and establishes a three-dimensional model after adding layers and a three-dimensional model after reinforcement to evaluate the seismic performance of the structure before and after reinforcement.The main work of this article is as follows:(1)By analyzing the different factors that affect the addition of buildings,and according to the results of inspection and identification and the analysis results of geological reports,the feasibility of structural addition of layers is demonstrated,and the structural and economic comparison of different addition schemes is finally carried out.Determine the appropriate layering plan.(2)The structural design software YJK was used to establish a three-dimensional model of the structure after adding layers.The structure after adding layers was analyzed.By comparing the calculation results before and after adding layers,the components and weak parts to be strengthened were found out,and the reasonable reinforcement plan was selected.(3)Using SAP2000 software to analyze the shear wall and coupling beam with nonlinear layered shell elements,and compare with the existing test results to verify the reliability of the analysis;Layered shell elements are also used for the simulation calculation of the components reinforced with steel plates and carbon fibers.(4)Since the stirrup spacing of some components in the structure does not meet the requirements of the structure after adding layers,considering that the total height of the structure after adding layers is rarely more than 80 m,in order to further understand the seismic performance of the structure,the structure can be performance-designed,performance 2 in the specification The corresponding structural seismic grade can be reduced by one degree according to the relevant provisions of conventional design,so the stirrup spacing can be treated with the original seismic grade,and no reinforcement is required;static and plastic analysis and dynamic elastoplastic analysis of the reinforced structure before and after reinforcement Process analysis,comparative analysis of the seismic performance of the structure.(5)Finally,summarize the retrofitting project,and provide a certain reference for other similar retrofitting projects.
