The Study On The Supporting Facilities Of Public Rental Housing

Public rental housing is not only an important part of China's housing security system,and is an effective way to achieve live to,is of great significance for China's construction of a harmonious society,in order to improve the satisfaction of public rental housing residents,avoid public rental housing community to decay,supporting facilities of public rental housing construction is worth further study.On the basis of defining the basic concept,related theories and the development context of supporting facilities in public rental housing at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the current situation of supporting facilities in public rental housing community in nanchang city,selects support ing facilities of the August Lake public rental housing community as the research subject,and supporting faclities of the Century Central City commercial housing community as the horizontal comparison object.By using the Public Space and Public Life survey method,combining qualitative and quantitative analysis with multidimensional comprehensive analysis,and adopting the strategy of verifying the analysis results of research subjects through horizontal comparison,the indexes and parameters that need to be optimized for supporting facilities of August Lake public rental housing commity were obtained.According to the relevant contents of the Code for Planning and Design on Urban Residential Areas in 2018,the construction plans of supporting facilities of the convenience services,medical education,community services and cultural leisure and public transportation,in the August Lake public rental housing community were optimized from utility aeshetics and technology.Through sum up the public housing community supporting facilities design core content of community,from the theoretical level in this paper,the public housing ommunity supporting facilities design pr nciple,elements and concept.Taking the optimal design of supporting facilities in August lake public rental housing community as a typical case to discuss the construction of supporting facilities in public rental housing community in Nanchang city,to promote the Nanchang public housing district consruction and sustainable development has very important practical significance.
