With the introduction of intelligent manufacturing concepts such as "Industry 4.0" and "Made in China 2025",and the continuous emergence of artificial intelligence,big data mining and other technologies,the manufacturing industry will develop in a more intelligent direction,and the manufacturing capacity of the production line represents the manufacturing level of the manufacturing industry.In the past,China had demographic dividend,and the operation of production line was mainly completed by human resources.With the gradual disappearance of demographic dividend and the gradual intelligentization of production equipment,the manufacturing industry has become the key to fully realize the automation and digitalization of production line.In order to study and realize the automation and digital technology of production line,this paper will study the integrated control technology of digital production line of impeller.The main work is as follows:Firstly,for the production task of the impeller production line automation,the paper designs the material flow and information flow of the impeller digital production line.The characteristics of impeller structure and machining process were analyzed,and the machining process route was determined.The material flow of the production line is designed according to the process route and the layout of the production line.The information characteristics and classification of the production line are analyzed,the information framework of the impeller manufacturing execution system is constructed,and the information flow of the manufacturing execution system is designed.Secondly,in order to realize the digitization of production line,the information integration technology of digital production line is studied.The data interaction technology of typical machining unit is studied and the information acquisition model of each machining unit is established.A data interaction platform integrating multi-types and multi-protocols is constructed.Complete the technology of reading,writing and monitoring between the system and equipment;The storage relation of data is designed.The data preparation is made for the collaborative manufacturing among production equipment,and the uniformity and real-time performance of the data interaction platform between heterogeneous devices are finally realized.Then,order optimization algorithm and process control scheduling algorithm model are established to realize the collaborative manufacturing task between the equipment.Based on the control mode of order guiding production,a mathematical model is established under the influence of delay penalty and resource to optimize the processing task of order.Nawazenscore-ham(NEH)heuristic algorithm was used to optimize the processing order of each workpiece and improve the production efficiency of the production line.Through the definition of symbols in the production line and the allocation of resources,a process control scheduling algorithm is established to realize the task of automatic collaborative manufacturing between production equipment.Finally,based on the above material flow and information flow design,equipment heterogeneous data perception and interaction,production lines,the study of the intelligent decision algorithm of collaborative manufacturing,in order to build the impeller machining production line as the experiment platform,this topic has carried on the impeller the development of digital production line control execution system module,the scene debugging authentication work,the experimental results show that the system has good stability,security,redundant fault,etc.
