As China accelerates the pace of distribution network planning and construction,research on the reliability improvement of distribution network power supply has also become the focus of State Grid Corporation.Studying the reliability of distribution network power supply can not only improve social and economic benefits,but more importantly,can guide the direction of distribution network planning and construction.Therefore,it is the focus of current research to study the depth of influence on the reliability of power distribution network and the improvement mechanism of reliability index.This article starts with the basic concepts and basic characteristics of power system reliability,and analyzes the action mechanism of each indicator of the distribution network power supply reliability from the source.Firstly,this thesis uses the reliability impact indicators extracted from the main factors affecting the reliability of power supply,combines the reliability cost-effectiveness concept,and builds a marginal benefit improvement model based on the marginal benefit theory in economics,which laid the theoretical foundation for the reliability improvement evaluation of this thesis;secondly,this thesis takes the power grid of the old city of FZC as the basis of an actual example.by analyzing the marginal benefits of each reliability impact indicator on reliability improvement,the role mechanism of each impact indicator on the reliability improvement of the distribution network is determined,the rationality and practicability of the model also set the direction for the planning and construction of the distribution network in the old city;finally,the thesis considers the marginal benefit gap between the reliability improvement of the distribution network planning projects of different power supply grids and the economics of each distribution network planning project.Based on the results of the grid planning of the FZC city network,this paper establishes an optimal sequencing model for distribution network comprehensive projects.Through the analysis of actual examples,not only the problem of reliability impact index weights of different types of power grids and the comprehensive sequencing of reliability improvement projects,but also the practicability and effectiveness of this model are verified.The research results of this thesis provide an effective reference for the State Grid Corporation's distribution network reliability improvement strategy and distribution network project optimization decision.
