Research On Efficiency Optimization Of K Company's Working Capital Management Based On Supply Chain

In recent years,with the transformation of energy-saving and new energy vehicles and the price reduction of joint-venture brand cars,China's automobile industry is in a more and more severe economic link,after experiencing a high-speed development stage into the situation of slow growth,the development of self-brand automobile enterprises caused a certain negative impact.Working capital is the most dynamic asset in an enterprise and is regarded as the "blood" of the enterprise.Vehicle manufacturing industry,whether it is to build a factory,research and development,production or sales,the need for working capital is greater than the general manufacturing industry,is a capital-intensive industry.Therefore,the research on the working capital of the automobile manufacturing industry is not only conducive to the optimization of the working capital structure of China's automobile manufacturing industry and the improvement of working capital efficiency,but also conducive to the improvement of the competitive advantage of China's automobile enterprises and the smooth transformation of automobile enterprises in the new economic situation.Based on the working capital management theory,this paper analyzes the working capital management performance of K company from the perspective of supply chain.First of all,using the method of literature review on the management of working capital efficiency and supply chain management,this paper summarizes related research then recycle case analysis of K company's basic financial position and situation of supply chain is analyzed,in order to the accuracy of the analysis,then select eight has listed the typical vehicle industry company,calculate the average eight companies,using comparative analysis and comparing the K company.Finally,it is concluded that K company has the following problems in the management of working capital: high share of current liabilities in the procurement process,occupying a large amount of funds of suppliers;Poor management of inventory and circulating materials in production process;Marketing link accounts for a large proportion of notes receivable,marketing information backward.Discuss the problem and get the corresponding optimization Suggestions.In recent years,with the continuous intensification of market competition,the living environment of enterprises is deteriorating gradually.Enterprises should not only pay attention to the improvement of business ability and the growth of performance,but also pay more attention to the management of working capital.Through the research and Suggestions on K company's working capital management efficiency in this paper,it is hoped that it will be meaningful for K company's future operation and development.
