The rapid growth of air traffic transportation demands has posed great streaa on the operation of the airport in recent years.The effective management of hotsposts in the aircraft movement area is the important way to take advantage of the resources of parallel runway to ensure the efficiency and safety of airport operation.This paper took Meilan Airport as an example to study the management of hotsposts in the operation of parallel runway airport.The airfield was modeled based on the ‘node-link' model and the surface operation was simulated by the AirTOP software.The validity of surface operation model was verified by comparing ADS-B data with the simulation data.Stepwise regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of taxiing conflict,and the number of conflicts in suspected hotspots area was predicted.F-test and t-test were used to verify the significance of the equation and independent variables.The ‘heat' of the hotspots area was identified by matrix method,the hazard level and the characteristics of hotspots area were expressed by blocking frequency and blocking rate.In order to find the resolution strategy of conflicts,the A* algorithm was used to plan the taxiing route of the departures and arrivals.Two kinds of static route planning schemes which contain the shortest and the macrocyclic strategy are obtained respectively.The dynamic route planning scheme based on the static route planning schemes was put forward.The conflict number in the period was forecasted according to the result of stepwise regression method and used matrix method to judge the hazard level of the suspected hotspots area.When hazard level of the entire airport exceeds the critical value,the macrocyclic strategy was picked,otherwise the shortest planning strategy was picked.Furthermore,the cross conflicts cannot be resolved under the dynamic route planning scheme,so an intelligent speed control scheme based on Deep Q-Network(DQN)was proposed.Finally,the availability of dynamic route planning scheme and the intelligent conflict resolution on typical days was verified by AirTOP and Python.The delay and conflict times of each scheme were analyzed,the results showed that the dynamic route planning scheme can effectively decrease the taxiing conflicts times,and the intelligent conflict resolution based on DQN can improve the operation efficiency on the basis of the dynamic route planning scheme.
