| Facing the rapidly growing demand for air transportation,China is building three major international aviation hubs to gradually complete the cooperative development of the world-class airport group of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Yangtze River Delta,and Pearl River Delta to cope with the increasingly scarce airspace resources and the rapid growth of flight schedules.With the rapid development of China civil aviation traffic,and the demand of new airports also has continued to increase,especially in busy terminal areas with heavy flight missions,the complex characteristics of high density,frequent cross-convergence of departure and departure routes,frequent aircraft up and down crossings,and saturation of airspace resources pose greater challenges to the task of selecting a new airport in a busy terminal area.Therefore,how to plan the airspace of the new airport reasonably in the busy terminal area is of great significance to improve Chinese the airspace management capability of terminal area.The theoretical knowledge of airspace plans is reviewed,and the route network planning principles,methods,evaluation indicators and the current status of airspace operation in busy terminal areas in China are summarized,then problems and solutions are presented.A combined flight prediction model based on exponential smoothing,gray prediction,and trend extrapolation was established,and the terminal area flow distribution prediction model based on the Fratar method was used to predict the characteristic annual number of aircraft takeoffs and landings and the traffic flow distribution of each approach route in Shanghai terminal area.Then a terminal area route network optimization model with waypoint layout as the optimization object and route cost,conflict coefficient,and angle change as optimization goals was established.Combined with the location of the new airport in Shanghai,the Shanghai terminal area was abstracted into a two-dimensional topology of the network was solved by differential evolution based on the results of the previous prediction.The locations of 19 waypoints were optimized.According to the possible location of the new airport,AirTop software is used to simulate the airspace of the terminal area in Shanghai,the flight flow data and the instantaneous flight data of the sector are comprehensively analyzed,research the impact of the surrounding airports on the site operation,and propose the airspace planning of the terminal area. |
