In recent years,the rapid development of the power industry has put forward new requirements for accurate and timely monitoring of the power input in the State Grid Corporation of China(On-grid power).Along with the popularization of information technology,the efficiency level of enterprises and institutions has been continuously improved.Meanwhile,the electricity market trading platform is still used for on-grid power settlement of electricity and power supply systems,which has a relatively simple function.The system can only maintain the basic powerplant information and report the on-grid power.In electricity and power supply systems,the power supply equipment,billing methods and statistical methods of power supply companies and powerplants are often various.Different powerplants often provide data with different forms and sizes according to their own business logic,which would bring great difficulties to the statistics of power supply companies.The traditional online billing mode relies heavily on manpower management,resulting in the unguaranteed of power statistics in the accuracy,timeliness,uniqueness and reliability.It is hard to adapt and regulate the supply and demand relationship in the market.At the same time,the internal business data of the enterprise,in the form of paper or electronic documents,is stored in the reference room or the personal computer of the staff,lacking centralized management,which is not convenient for data retrieval at any time.At the same time,the safety can not be effectively guaranteed.At present,the existing systems in China are the electricity market trading platform and the billing system developed by some enterprises and institutions.Some of these systems can only meet the internal statistical strategies of the enterprise and they are not very robust.There are also some outdated design and implementation technologies such as the C/S architecture,which have complex requirements for the operating environment.They are inconvenient to use.Therefore,designing a universal,easy-to-use,safe and efficient on-grid power management system for powerplants has a strong practical significance.It can not only solve the problem of scattered data,but also improve the accuracy of power plant electricity settlement,which provides conditions for the construction of smart grid,efficient service to power customers,and better development of power market transactions.Based on the B/S architecture which is commonly used in the industry,this project designs and implements a predecessor management system for the existing electricity market trading platform,which combining with the current business logic of on-grid power statistics.It provides integrated services for reporting,statistics and management.It complements the deficiencies of the existing system functions and improves the power settlement process of the power plant.It adopts data security management strategies commonly used in the industry to meet challenges and risks.In this paper,we analyze the requirements of the system design based on the actual needs.Next,the system design and detailed design are introduced,including the main framework and technical route,the design of database,the design of the front-end interfaces,etc.After the function and performance test,the test results show that the system can meet the needs of practical work,and the operation is stable,which provides support for the subsequent accurate report of electricity.Finally,combined with the prospect of power market development,it gives further analysis and outlook.This paper combines the actual situation of the specific application to realize an online B/S architecture system with friendly user interface,perfect function,fast response and data security.The system can solve the statistical management problem of power data very well.It realizes high concurrency,universality,easy to use,safe and intelligent data management,which will greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of settlement.The extensive use of the system will save a lot of manpower and resources,and provide good docking support for existing systems.It has essential practical significance for coordinating the supply and demand relationship of power systems and integrating marketing resources.
