This paper proposes an intelligent power consumption monitoring system based on IOT technology,designs an electric parameter acquisition device and applies the system to the power consumption information acquisition of enterprise production equipment,carries out data analysis and mining,and puts forward some beneficial opinions for the safety and development of enterprise production power consumption.Firstly,the background and significance of intelligent electric power monitoring system and data analysis are briefly introduced,the research status of intelligent electric power and electric power information analysis and application at home and abroad are introduced,and the intelligent electric power monitoring system,data analysis and excavation process are summarized.According to the research purpose of this topic,the whole hardware scheme of power information collection equipment is designed.The STM32 series chip is chosen as the main controller of the collection equipment;Three phase acquisition module,RS-485 serial communication module,GPRS communication module,Flash storage module andcombination module of LCD and key are designed.Each part of the collection equipment was designed using Altium Design software,circuit boards were printed and finished equipment products were produced.Then,according to the function of the collection equipment,the flow chart and driver of each module of the system are designed.By porting the ?C/OS-II operating system,the system initialization program and the power information collection program were written.The acquisition device communicates with the host computer based on the Modbus protocol,and the power parameter calibration and GPRS parameter configuration of the acquisition device are performed through the command operation of the host computer.The collection device is based on the MQTT protocol and communicates with the Aliyun Internet of Things platform through GPRS.In addition,Flash storage programs and LCD display programs are also designed.Finally,the data mining technology and data analysis software are used to analyze the power information,including the short-term prediction of the residual current using the combination model of gray prediction and neural network,and the visual analysis of the power state of the enterprise production line through Tableau software.
