Research On Development Strategy Of China Railway Container Transport Based On SWOT Quantitative Analysis Model

Container transportation is the development direction of modem logistics industry and an important mode of transportation for railway freight transportation.It is of great significance in increasing railway freight capacity,reducing logistics and transportation costs,and improving domestic and international transportation efficiency.At present,enterprises in various industries have actively optimized their own structures in response to the requirements of high-quality economic development,which has brought new opportunities for China's economic development.Under the influence of the "Belt and Road" construction,trade between China and other countries has been increasing.At the same time,the enhancement of China's manufacturing capacity has promoted the import and export of China's goods and the improvement of container container rate.The demand for railway container transportation in the trade market.It is also on the rise' providing a good platform for the development of railway container transportation.However,it is also facing severe challenges.How to adapt to the growing demand for transportation,use strategic vision to plan the development of railway container transportation in the future;how to optimize the original functions,grasp the new normal of the economy,provide more efficient services,and become China.Important issues to be solved in the transportation of railway containers.To effectively solve these problems,we can give full play to the advantages of railway container transportation.Therefore,it is crucial to seek a development strategy for railway container transportation.This paper takes the development of China's railway container transportation as the research object,and studies the development strategy of China's railway container transportation.Firstly,the paper analyzes the development status of railway container transportation at home and abroad,and finds out the problems existing in China,s railway container transportation through comparative analysis.It uses SWOT qualitative analysis method to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threat environments of railway container transportation development.On the basis of this,the development direction and strategic model of China's railway container transportation are determined by establishing SWOT quantitative analysis model.The three-index smoothing prediction method is used to predict the transmission volume of China's railway container in the next five years,and the prediction results are analyzed.Finally,based on the above analysis,the strategy formulation and strategy selection of railway container transportation development in China are proposed.
