Research On Project Schedule Management Of S Region Embankment Construction

Project cost,quality and schedule are the three biggest goals of project management.In the implementation phase of the project,the cost target is a prerequisite,quality control is fundamental,while schedule objectives and management is the central main line.Therefore,schedule management has always been the focus of the owner,the construction and the project supervision during the project implementation,always been the difficulty of the project management and the multiple point of problem.In this paper,aiming at the problems of unreasonable schedule and poor schedule control in the process of S region embankment construction,through the research and optimization of project schedule management,the project schedule management will be on the right track,and finally achieve the schedule goal,and provide some reference for other similar projects.Firstly,this paper summarizes the theoretical research on project schedule management,then selects the S region embankment construction as the research object,analyzes various problems in schedule management in detail,and finds out the factors affecting schedule management;Then according to the project schedule goal,using the theory and method of project schedule management,through task decomposition,organizational structure decomposition,task responsibility matrix,and using Office Project optimizes the construction schedule and carries out dynamic monitoring,which makes the project overcome many adverse factors that affect the project progress under the condition that the actual commencement is delayed and the construction in the early stage is blocked,and the output value target is achieved.The overall effect of the project schedule management is good,and the project is finally completed within the total construction period required by the construction unit;Finally,the paper evaluates the progress plan and control of the S region embankment construction,summarizes the research results and deficiencies,and puts forward the related research prospects.
