With the continuous development of China's economy,society and power industry,China's substation project construction is in a period of rapid development,the scale of substations is getting larger and larger,and the construction management is becoming more and more complicated.The safety,quality,schedule and investment of the project are regarded as the four main aspects of project management.Progress management is the core of project management.Whether the substation project can be completed and put into operation on schedule is not only related to the efficiency of power companies,but also related to local social and livelihood issues.Therefore,the progress management of substation project construction has become a key concern of power grid enterprises.At present,the means for China's power companies to manage the progress of infrastructure projects is still in the traditional extensive management mode,and the application of modern project management theory in schedule management is still not deep enough..In order to seek scientific management methods for project management of power transmission and transformation projects,this paper draws on the modern theory of project management to guide the “G company 500 kV WL contracted by power transmission and transformation enterprises”.The substation project is a case.Through field investigation,a large amount of original data is collected.According to the WBS decomposition principle and method,the project is divided into 17 process packages,and a cross-section map of the schedule is formulated.By analyzing the long-term estimated construction period and the safety time of project project loss in the construction progress management of G company's500 kV WL substation project,research and apply to reduce safety time,resolve resource conflicts,identify key chains,buffer settings,etc.The schedule management method optimizes the project schedule and finally forms an optimized project schedule.Finally,through the establishment of the project management buffer warning map,set the alert format of the green zone,the yellow zone and the red zone,formulate the project buffer management decision table,and carry out the progress control of the project according to the buffer management implementation flow chart;Management assurance measures and engineering schedule management deviation treatment measures;analysis of the impact on the construction period and the significant social benefits generated after applying the critical chain technology and PDCA cycle management progress.The analysis results show that the key chain project schedule management method and PDCA cycle management have greatly improved the feasibility and stability of the project planning period compared with thetraditional project schedule management method.The relevant conclusions and experiences of this paper provide a great reference value for the future progress management of substation projects.
