In recent years,with the vigorous development of urbanization and other fields,the digitization,informatization,and industrialization displayed in the construction industry have also been widely recognized by the society.Since the introduction of BIM(Building Information Model)more than a decade ago,although it has brought a brand new historic change to the entire domestic construction industry,it has not yet reached the level of synchronization with China,and there are certain misunderstandings about BIM in China.At the same time,there is still a certain gap between Revit's secondary development technology and foreign countries.Therefore,in the engineering design stage,under the existence of many problems,it has important scientific significance and engineering application value for the optimization of BIM technical design.Based on the research background of the domestic application development of BIM,this paper analyzes and studies some local problems in BIM,and focuses on the problems of unreasonable coupling between components and rapid adjustment of net higher education.In this paper,Revit,the core modeling software in BIM,was selected as the information model platform,and the secondary development of BIM structure module was studied by using C++ language and API technology.In this paper,we put forward an effective method of linking,write a program to quickly select the method of tying,effectively solve the problem that the column and wall can not overlap and can effectively connect,and write a program to quickly adjust the net height.With the combination of actual engineering cases,the program was applied and tested for debugging,which improved the problems such as non-optimization of tying and adjustment of net height,and achieved more optimized and convenient results in the design stage of BIM.The research results show that: In the design process,users 'operability,convenience,efficiency,accuracy,and applicability are improved,which is conducive to improving the misunderstanding of BIM's role in the design stage and promoting the development of BIM's localization in China.At the same time,it provides an important reference value for the development of Revit secondary development technology in China.
