| The progress management of construction project is an extremely important work in the whole process of construction project management.The most critical link in the project management is the process progress management,which will not only affect the project duration,but also lead to problems such as safety,cost and quality.Construction enterprises in our country the number increasing,social demand increased significantly and engineering scale of growing environment,the emerging the disadvantages of traditional schedule management,project information loss problem serious problems began to appear,not only to better meet the demand of modern information management system of construction projects,will increase the difficulty that the project schedule management.Traditional way of schedule management,does not change as the change of physical construction schedule,after the introduction of BIM technology,can provide many for informatization project progress management and so on technical support,a significant boost progress management level,but the time late,BIM technology development in our country at present stage is in a continuous exploring phase,especially the application in project schedule management is still in the relatively shallow level,the technology is not give full play to the role of,as a result,it is very necessary to study schedule management based on BIM technologyThis paper takes the curtain wall project of A city super computer center as the specific research object,through the review of existing literature,on the basis of referring to the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,and under the guidance of relevant theories,it is closely combined with the project cases to clarify the progress management ideas.Firstly,this study analyzes the concepts,methods and related influencing factors of project schedule management,finds the limitations in the traditional project management process,introduces BIM technology,and analyzes its connotation and application status.Then,the development status of the project’s progress management is described,and the problems in this process are summarized,so as to build a bim-based project progress management framework,including the division,compilation,tracking and deviation analysis of the progress plan.Then,the following three software are used to explore how to build the 4D progress Management model:Navisworks Management;Second,the Project;Third,Revit.Then,taking the curtain wall engineering project of super computing center of A city as an example,it makes A concrete analysis,applies BIM technology such as 4D model components and construction simulation to the actual project,and puts forward A new idea of project schedule optimization.Using BIM technology to carry out deviation analysis and schedule characteristics for engineering projects and improve work efficiency on the basis of significantly improving the level of construction schedule control;Finally,the process differences and effect differences of project progress management before and after the introduction of BIM technology are systematically sorted out,and the guarantee measures such as perfect guarantee system,increasing project personnel and carrying out coordination work are proposed.Based on the research of this paper,the author hopes to provide certain reference value for BIM technology progress management of curtain wall project in China through the research results. |
