this paper analyzes the current situation of social and economic development and distribution network in tongguan county,and proposes the Hopfield neural network for substation planning and the improved ant colony algorithm for network planning in view of the existing deficiencies of the current tongguan power network and the characteristics of small scale distribution network with less load points and small power supply range.In the substation planning stage,an equivalent model of the substation planning model-"single-stage ideal substation scheme" and its corresponding solution method are proposed.The proposed algorithm can simultaneously determine the location,capacity and power supply range of the substation without the site to be selected.The substation planning scheme obtained can be used as the initial feasible solution of substation planning.On the basis of obtaining the initial feasible solution,the paper proposes to use Hopfield neural network to check the power supply range of each substation,so as to obtain the approximate optimal solution of substation planning scheme.The Hopfield neural network energy function is also given in the paper.In the specific network structure planning,this paper proposes to solve the problem by combining the principle of ecology with ant colony algorithm.The concepts of "competitiveness" and "taste" are introduced into the algorithm,so as to introduce the concept of competition in the ant colony algorithm.The proposed algorithm can quickly determine the network structure on the basis of the substation planning scheme and avoid the defect that the traditional algorithm is easy to fall into the local minimum solution.The feasibility of the proposed algorithm is verified by the actual planning calculation of tongguan power network.Finally,the urban power grid auxiliary planning system based on geographic information system is developed.It can greatly facilitate the collection and management of planning data,improve the labor productivity of planners,and make the planning process more intuitive and interactive.
