With the continuous development of industrialization of buildings,prefabricated construction have became a hot spot in the construction industry.As the catalyst of construction industry,BIM technology not only can solve the management problems brought about by the extension of the prefabricated construction industry chain,but also promotes the information development of fabricated construction.The combination of BIM technology and prefabricated construction can provide new development opportunities for the transformation and upgrading of China's construction industry.However,due to the late development of the application of BIM technology in prefabricated construction in China,the relevant technical standards and technological methods are still immature.Design,prefabricated component production,and construction units lack advanced awareness in quality management and ignore the quality evaluation system Role.As a result,the quality level of prefabricated buildings is uneven.Therefore,discussing the quality evaluation of prefabricated construction based on BIM technology and improving the quality management level of prefabricated construction has strong practical value and meets the needs of sustainable development of the industry.This paper systematically studies the theory of quality management of prefabricated construction based on BIM technology,and constructs the evaluation index system and evaluation model.By evaluating the quality level of prefabricated construction based on BIM technology,it can provide reference for the development of prefabricated construction quality management based on BIM technology.Firstly,an overview of the quality management of BIM technology and fabricated construction is given from this paper.The quality management theory and quality evaluation theory of prefabricated construction based on BIM technology are introduced.In addition,the analysis of the superiority of BIM technology in the quality management of fabricated construction is carried out.Then,the Hall 3D structure is used to screen the evaluation indicators of the fabricated construction quality based on BIM technology systematically.The literature research carries out high-quality index detection and comprehensives detection of indicators of 4M1 E analysis method.And then adjusting and optimizing the indicators through expert interview method.Finally,based on Hall three-dimensional structure,theevaluation index system is established,and the reliability and validity test is passed.At the same time,the analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate the index weighting,and combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,an evaluation model is established.Finally,combined with the actual case,the established evaluation model is verified,and the quality of the prefabricated construction based on BIM technology is evaluated.The evaluation results are obtained in accordance with the actual situation,and the feasibility and scientificity of the evaluation model were verified.At the same time,some measures and suggestions for improving the quality management level are put forward.In summary,this paper analyzes and studies the prefabricated construction quality management theory and quality evaluation theory based on BIM technology,and builds an evaluation index system based on Hall three-dimensional structure and an evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Quality evaluation of actual cases.At the same time,it is expected to provide reference for subsequent related research,promote the continuous development of a prefabricated construction quality management based on BIM technology,and then improving the quality of prefabricated construction quality management based on BIM technology.
