| China is located between the Pacific Rim and Eurasia seismic belts and is one of the countries with the most serious earthquake disasters.Limited to the current level of seismic monitoring,it is impossible to accurately predict the time and place of earthquake occurrence.Therefore,scientific construction of civil buildings is an important way to deal with earthquake natural disasters.The seismic design of traditional buildings uses increased component size and strength to resist earthquakes.In recent years,the earthquake damage caused by earthquakes has caused huge losses.The disaster statistics highlight the insufficiency of the original structural seismic design and engineering construction.The structural isolation technology overcomes the unfavorable factors of traditional seismic technology and makes full use of the seismic isolation layer to consume seismic energy.Protect the upper building from earthquake prevention and mitigation.Because the construction process of isolated buildings is relatively complicated,there are many influencing factors in the construction quality of the project.It is difficult to control the quality during the construction process.The construction quality of the isolated structural layer affects the safety and stability of the whole building.Therefore,scientific and reasonable construction Quality management is the guarantee of seismic construction quality and seismic performance.This paper explores the quality management of isolated buildings from the following aspects:Firstly,the paper analyzes the domestic and international literatures of the basic theory of seismic isolation and the theory of engineering quality management,compares the differences between isolated buildings and traditional buildings,and studies the basic theory of isolation technology and the construction process of isolated buildings.By studying these basic theories,it lays a theoretical foundation for the construction quality management of isolated buildings below.Secondly,the HALL three-dimensional structure theory is introduced,and the HALL three-dimensional structure theory is applied to the model construction of seismic construction quality management.From the time dimension,the knowledge dimension is a scientific management method and a professional isolation technology.The logical dimension is the quality objective to be achieved by the isolated building.The construction management of the isolated building is combined with the causal analysis method and the analytic hierarchy process.The important factors affecting the construction quality,strengthen management,and effectively improve the construction quality of isolated buildings.Finally,verify the correctness and practicability of the model through engineering cases.The HALL three-dimensional structure model is used to decompose the isolated building construction project.According to the characteristics of each construction stage,the corresponding management methods are found for quality control,and the factors affecting the isolation layer and concrete construction quality are analyzed,so that the whole construction process can be carried out smoothly.To ensure that the quality of the project is under control. |
