After decades of development,the construction industry has now become a pillar industry of my country’s national economic development,and has made outstanding contributions to my country’s economic and social development and the improvement of residents’ living standards.As my country’s economic and social development shifts from high-speed development to high-quality development,as well as low-carbon environmental protection requirements and the arrival of an aging society,the transformation and development of the construction industry is imminent.It is very necessary to introduce industrialized production methods,that is,prefabricated buildings into my country’s construction industry.Building information technology(BIM)has the advantages of visualization and simulation.Applying BIM technology to cost control in the prefab construction stage can enhance the information transmission effect in the prefabricated building industry chain,improve the information transmission efficiency of all parties,and enhance assembly The efficiency of information sharing among all parties involved in a modular building effectively reduces the cost of the prefabricated building construction stage.Based on the research results of BIM technology and prefabricated building construction cost control at home and abroad,this article first elaborates the relevant theories involved in the research and discusses the value of BIM technology for cost control during prefabricated building construction;combining BIM technology with The cost control of the prefabricated building construction stage is combined to establish a BIM-based prefabricated building construction cost control system.According to the characteristics of the prefabricated building construction stage,from component production,component transportation,and construction plan comparison and optimization based on BIM technology,5D BIM model construction cost integrated management and other four aspects designed a BIM-based prefabricated building construction stage cost control system;in the component production and component transportation stages,the integrated BIM information platform is mainly used for component information transmission and component production material purchase And component transportation;in the comparison and optimization of construction plans based on BIM technology,AHP based on triangular fuzzy number optimization and a comprehensive comparison model of prefabricated building construction plans based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are used to compare and optimize construction plans;in5D BIM model In the integrated management of construction costs,the 5D BIM model and the earned value method are combined for cost control during the construction phase.The actual engineering case is used to verify the BIM-based cost control system of the prefabricated building construction stage proposed in this paper,and clarify the role of BIM technology in the cost control of the prefabricated building construction stage.It provides a reference for prefabricated construction companies to use BIM technology to reduce costs in the construction phase.
