Nuclear power,as an efficient environmental protection energy,is a strategic emerging industry in China.Accelerating the development of nuclear power industry can effectively reduce the serious energy consumption and environmental pollution.In recent years,the pace of innovation development of nuclear power enterprises has slowed down,and shows obvious limit on innovation costs,knowledge and technology and resources.The closed innovation model cannot adapt to its development.The innovation ecosystem is a new type of innovation paradigm.Based on resource sharing,it emphasizes symbiotic evolution and collaborative development.It is an inevitable choice for future nuclear power enterprise to enhance their innovation capabilities and break through industrial technology innovation bottlenecks.And collaborative innovation capability is an important foundation for nuclear power enterprise to transform into an innovative ecosystem model,and it is a key factor for enterprises to achieve higher innovation output and innovation performanceThe paper takes the collaborative innovation capability of nuclear power enterprises as the research object.And analyses the constituent elements of the collaborative innovation capability of nuclear power enterprises from the perspective of the innovation ecosystem and discusses how to improve the collaborative innovation capability of nuclear power enterprises.The content of the full paper is mainly divided into three parts:theoretical analysis,empirical research,and countermeasuresIn the part of theoretical analysis,Firstly,the paper analyzes the current status of innovation ecosystems,collaborative innovation capability research,related theories such as collaborative theory and ecosystems at home and abroad,and establishes the theoretical foundation for this research.Secondly,based on the analysis of the relationship between the composition of the innovation ecosystem of nuclear power enterprises and the main body of innovation,the connotation and characteristics of the collaborative innovation capability of nuclear power enterprises were explored,and an indicator system for the nuclear power enterprise's collaborative innovation capability was designed which contains three dimensions:material flow,knowledge flow,information flow and 16 indicatorsIn the part of empirical research,the paper introduces the entropy weight method and numerical transformation to improve the catastrophe progression method.The improved evaluation model can not only avoid subjective effects in the evaluation process,but also make the evaluation results have absolute numerical meaning,which is convenient to make intuitive judgement.Then,67 listed nuclear power enterprises were used for empirical research,and the evaluation results showed that the collaborative innovation capability of China's nuclear power enterprises was at a low level.And it is found that the coupling of material flow-knowledge flow-information flow system has a significant positive impact on the collaborative innovation capability of nuclear power enterprises through the regression analysisIn the part of countermeasures research,according to the results of theoretical analysis and empirical research,the paper is in view of the lack of collaborative innovation capabilities of nuclear power enterprises And four suggestions are proposed:(1)The government should increase innovation input;(2)Promote the construction of collaborative innovation platforms;(3)Strengthen the knowledge flow of nuclear power enterprises;(4)Promote the balanced development of the components of collaborative innovation capabilities.It has important practical significance for nuclear power enterprises to improve their collaborative innovation capabilities.
