Research On Value Evaluation Of Manufacturing Enterprises From The Perspective Of Collaborative Innovation

With the rapid development of economic globalization,the constant increment of enterprise value has become the common goal of the development of enterprise globalization.With the rapid development of the globalization of science and technology,the development of enterprise value alone can no longer keep pace with the development of global integration,and the development of individual enterprise entities can no longer meet the current social development trend,multi-subject mutual innovation and cooperative development is the future direction of value creation.The collaborative innovation in this paper is a new development mode of deep cooperation between enterprises and other social subjects in the fields of production,education,research and politics,through the development of mutual cooperation,a crisscross network of collaborative innovation is formed.From the perspective of Collaborative Innovation Network,this paper studies the influence of cooperation among the main bodies on enterprise value in collaborative innovation network.In view of the research content of this article,first introduced the research background and the significance.Then it elaborates the theory of enterprise value,collaborative innovation network and knowledge capital.Based on the above theories,this paper studies the Enterprise Value Evaluation Theory from the perspective of collaborative innovation.Based on the theories of relevant scholars at home and abroad and the development prospect of enterprise value,the corresponding research hypotheses are put forward,and the initial evaluation index system of enterprise value is established according to the contents of the hypotheses,the initial data were collected through questionnaire design and questionnaire survey.SPSS23.0 software was used to test the reliability and validity of the data.According to the test results,the items that did not conform were eliminated.Then,each index under the structural equation model is verified one by one by using Amos21.0 software,and the non-conforming index is eliminated according to the verification result,using software AMOS21.0,all the remaining indexes are verified by structural equation Modeling(SEM)until satisfactory results are obtained,and the final index system is obtained.Then,on the basis of the model and the mathematical theory,the enterprise value model from the perspective of synergetic innovation is constructed by using the index system determined by structuralequation and the theory of synergetic innovation,the model is applied to the actual case analysis of enterprises,and the established evaluation model is used to evaluate the value of HBG manufacturing enterprises.According to the evaluation results of the model,the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the value creation of HBG manufacturing enterprises are given.Through the empirical analysis of the evaluation of HBG manufacturing enterprise value,we have a deeper understanding of enterprise value under the perspective of collaborative innovation network.
