As a main tool for teaching and training in the field of navigation,the marine simulator has been widely used in recent years.However,the visual system of existing navigation simulator mostly uses the geometric structure-based method to draw the ocean waves.Although this method has low computational cost and strong real-time performance,the interaction and realism between the ocean waves and the ship are endless.With the advancement of science and technology and the continuous improvement of teaching and training needs,more and more attention has been paid to physics-based drawing methods.The physics-based rendering method has been widely used in games,movies and other industries due to its realism and interactivity,but relatively few applied researches in the field of navigation has been unable to meet the development needs of the next-generation navigation:simulator visual system.In response to this problem,based on the research of constrained projection,solver,vortex enhancement method and other technologies,this paper introduces the position-based fluid modeling method into the navigation simulator wave rendering method.By applying the incompressibility condition,the density is satisfied constraint requirements,establish a position-based fluid model;through the vorticity confinement,realize the position-based fluid method's own vortex detail enhancement method,rely on the vortex restriction force to enhance the fluid detail performance;the first time the micropolar fluid model method is introduced In the fluid model,it is used to enhance the details of the fluid vortex,and the two methods are compared through experiments to select the method that can most effectively simulate the reduction of fluid details in preparation for the future construction and in-depth study of the navigation simulator visual system.On this basis,the fluid particle system under the control of the established micropolar fluid model is drawn through the fluid rendering method of the screen space to enhance the realism of the fluid.
