| The 21st century Maritime Silk Road is an important development strategy for China in the new era,and container liner shipping bears most of the transportation capacity within the Maritime Silk Road area.Against the background of frequent natural disasters and increasingly fierce geopolitical conflicts in the current region, ensuring the safety and smoothness of the Maritime Silk Road liner shipping network is of great significance to China national economic security and the promotion of trade cooperation between countries. In order to deeply study the structural characteristics of the Maritime Silk Road liner shipping network, the ports and the container shipping routes along the route are counted, and the Maritime Silk Road liner shipping network model is constructed, and the network characteristics are analyzed. The main research contents and research results of this article are as follows:1.Statistic the schedules of the world’s major container liner shipping companies, build a weighted directed model of the liner shipping network along the Maritime Silk Road, and analyze the structural characteristics of the network. In the sea silk road liner shipping network composed of 3.905 undirected segments between port nodes, each node has an average of 19-20 segments, and more than 70%of the ports have less than 10 segments. The average number of times a port node needs to transfer to another port node is not more than 3 times. The network has obvious small world and scale-free characteristics.2.Design the KL-MCL algorithm to identify the community structure of the Maritime Silk Road liner shipping network.According to the size of the ruling community, the number of core communities and the division density function as the evaluation index of the community division quality, the sensitivity analysis of the coefficients yields the optimal combination of expansion coefficient k=2 and expansion coefficient r=2.8.In the Maritime Silk Road liner shipping network, there is a ruling community with Singapore as the core, covering most of the important ports in the network. In addition, there are two connected communities with Shanghai and Hong Kong as the core. They can also play the role of connecting the port nodes of different regions, and the rest of the other communities have obvious regional characteristics.3.A robust analysis of the Maritime Silk Road liner shipping network shows that the robustness of the network is not only related to the more central ports in the network, but also to the hub nodes in the network community structure. Finally, using relative entropy theory, the structural similarity between port nodes in the network is evaluated, and each node’s replaceable nodes in the overall network and the replaceable nodes in their respective communities are given. |
