With the rapid development of China's economic and trade exchanges with Europe and the countries along the line,and the normalization operation of China EU trains,the trains have made remarkable achievements.Many cities have opened China EU trains,attracting goods through train subsidies.The attendant problems such as excessive dependence on government subsidies,blind expansion of the range of goods,disordered competition between cities,land and sea are becoming increasingly serious.At present,maritime transportation is still in an advantageous position due to its low cost.Under the condition that land transportation is still at a disadvantage,it is urgent to further improve the competitiveness of land transportation and optimize the efficiency of China Europe train organization.It is an effective method to optimize the layout of China Europe train departure port.In this paper,when optimizing the layout of the port of departure,the factors of sea transportation are considered.Firstly,at home and abroad,the relevant literature is combed principles,influencing factors and characteristics of the location of the port of departure are analyzed,and the location of the port of departure under the condition of land and sea transportation is proposed.Then,the selection of key nodes of the network is carried out,and the evaluation indexes are established The system is used to select the selection of departure port,construct the international land and sea transportation network and set the road resistance function.Then,considering the cost,subsidy and service level after the layout of the departure port,the optimization model of the layout of the departure port based on the double-layer and multi-objective planning is established.The upper level of the model is established from the perspective of the gov ernment to minimize the operation cost This is a multi-objective programming model with the goal of minimizing the impact of train subsidy and maximizing the service level.The lower level of the model establishes a user balanced distribution model from the perspective of inland cargo owners,allocates the container volume on the land and sea international transportation network under the decision-making of the upper level model,and feeds back the flow of each road section to the upper.The paper adopts NSGA-? algorithm and F-W algorithm to develop the model Row solving.Finally,the empirical analysis is carried out to explore the layout scheme of China Europe train departure port under the land and sea international transportation network,and to analyze the parameters of train subsidy to test the effectiveness of the model.From the practical point of view,this paper optimizes the layout of China Europe train departure port by quantitative method,which provides new ideas and methods for the planning and construction of China Europe train departure port.The proposed planning model of China Europe train departure port is feasible and effective,which can provide some reference for the layout planning and construction of China Europe train departure port.
