With the vigorous development of the industrial revolution around the world,the advent of the era of great navigation and the emergence of the container transport mode,the world's transport mode has had a tremendous impact.And the trade between China and Europe is mainly realized through container transportation mode.China has proposed one belt,one road initiative since 2013,and is committed to building a transport corridor between China and Europe,thus achieving the most convenient land and sea passage between China and Europe.At the same tune,under the influence of the Silk Road Economic Belt,the development of China Europe land container transportation has been promoted rapidly.With the rapid development of container transportation,the impact of carbon emission on the environment can not be ignored.Under the background of global green container transportation development,the transportation industry,as the main source of carbon emissions,is facing important tasks of emission reduction and optimization.On the basis of the above,this paper first analyzes the current situation of China Europe train and China Europe shipping operation and government subsidies.Then,the paper makes a comparative analysis of the container transportation modes between China and Europe.Finally,the paper analyzes the influencing factors of container transportation between China and Europe.Prepare for the quantitative analysis.Taking the two container transportation modes of China Europe train and China Europe sea transportation as examples,this paper uses UN COMTRADE database,China Europe train official website and other data and related formulas to quantify the four influencing factors of transportation cost,transportation time,government subsidies and carbon emission cost.Then,according to the above four factors,we build a binomial logit model based on the principal component,and estimate the coefficients of the main factors that affect the choice of transport modes in China and Europe.Then,the paper divides China into seven main regions,and analyzes the impact on the selection results of China Europe trains when the proportion of government subsidies and the price of carbon tax change respectively.Based on the logit model,combined with the needs of each region,the optimal pricing model is established for government subsidies,and the Frank Wolfe algorithm is used to solve the problem.The overall government subsidies are in a small range,and the government subsidies in each region with the largest train probability in China and Europe are selected.The relevant results can provide policy suggestions for the establishment of subsidy prices in China and Europe.
