Because railway container transportation has the advantages of reducing cargo losses and freight costs,and perfecting door-to-door transportation,containerized transportation of rail freight has become an inevitable trend of current railway freight development.The railway container terminal is an important connection node for railway container transportation.The sending,receiving and transferring of containers are all carried out in the railway container terminal.In door-to-door transportation,due to the speed limitation of transportation equipment,the transportation time of goods on the road is relatively fixed.The time that can be optimized is mostly concentrated on the goods entering the railway container central station,and the configuration number of handling equipment of the railway container central station determines the handling efficiency of the container.Therefore,this article optimizes the configuration of the railway container central station,which can not only reduce the operating cost of the central station,but also improve the door-to-door transportation efficiency.At present,most of the domestic research is focused on the configuration and dispatch of port loading and unloading equipment,and there are few studies on the railway container central station,and the research content is biased towards dispatch.However,China is now in the initial stage of railway containerized transportation,and it is necessary to optimize the configuration of handling equipment in the railway container terminal.Therefore,this article configures the handling equipment of the railway container terminal according to the handling process of the railway container terminal which has certain theoretical and practical significance for the development of the railway container terminal.In the railway container terminal,the amount of handling equipment is a factor that cannot be ignored in the total cost of the central station.Through the research on the railway container central station,this paper introduces the advantages and disadvantages of the railway container terminal with the main handling equipment of rail gantry cranes and reach stackers,analyzes the research status of the domestic and foreign literature on the configuration of the handling equipment of the railway container terminal,and analyzed the handling equipment,handling process and handling cost of the railway container terminal,and according to the analysis,selected the railway container terminal with rail gantry crane as the main handling equipment as the research object.And most of the domestic rail container terminal use rail gantry cranes as the main type of loading and unloading device.Based on the above research and analysis,this article specifically analyzes the total cost of the loading and unloading operation area of the railway container central station.It is considered that the total cost of the loading and unloading operation area of the central station is composed of fixed operation cost,idle cost and rental cost.Then this article takes minimizing total cost of the handling operation area of the railway container tenninal as the goal,considers the maximum capacity of the main yard and auxiliary yard,and establishes an integer programming model taking the handling process of the railway container terminal and the amount of container tasks as the constraints.Then,based on the established model,a genetic algorithm to avoid inbreeding is designed,which speeds up the solution.And calculate Numerical example.Finally,it is proved that this research can optimize the equipment configuration of the railway container terminal.
