The high-speed rail network can closely contact the city,break the barriers of the administrative boundary between cities,dilute the spatial distance,accelerate the flow of people,flow of funds in the region,and all kinds of production factors are redistributed along the high-speed rail stations and cities along the high-speed railway.With the opening of the high-speed railway,the economic linkage within the region is more frequent,and the integration effect in the region is enhanced under the affordable time and capital costs.Especially in recent years,the construction of high-speed rail network has become more and more perfect,and the effect of high-speed rail on the regional industrial pattern has become more and more obvious.Based on previous studies,the impact of high-speed rail on regional industrial structure is mainly reflected in the production service industry,real estate industry and tourism industry.However,the existing research is relatively one-sided and lacks comparison with different types of industries,which cannot be systematically reflected.What is the difference between the impact of high-speed rail on different types of industries.At the same time,under the influence of the high-speed rail effect,large cities and small and medium-sized cities face the dual relationship of cooperation and competition in the region.There is also a lack of research on the impact of high-speed rail on the same type of industries in big cities and small and medium-sized cities.Therefore,this paper compares the spatial pattern evolution characteristics and differences of producer services,real estate industry and tourism in different types and sizes of cities through spatial analysis systematically,and finds the differences in the impact of high-speed rail on different types of industries and cities of different scales.Furthermore,the mathematical model is used to quantitatively analyze whether the high-speed rail effect has influence and influence the intensity of the three types of industrial structure evolution.As the Yangtze River Delta high-speed rail network is becoming more and more perfect,this paper takes the Yangtze River Delta as an example,and uses a combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,spatial analysis and mathematical model analysis to find productive service industry,real estate industry and tourism.The evolution of the spatial pattern presents different characteristics under the influence of the high-speed rail effect.First of all,the "several" type of production service industry in the Yangtze River Delta has been highlighted,the industrial agglomeration center has increased sharply,and the inter-provincial development has been mixed.The comparative advantage of the development of high-speed railways for urban production services is greater than that of high-speed rail unopened cities and high-speed rail cities.The comparative advantage of the development of productive service industry is greater than that of small and medium-sized cities.Among the various factors affecting the pattern of producer services in large cities and small and medium-sized cities,the impact of investment demand is the first,followed by high-speed rail.Secondly,the pattern of the real estate industry in the Yangtze River Delta is characterized by "multiple points of agglomeration and balanced diffusion".The agglomeration effects of Shanghai,Hefei and Hangzhou are more significant,and the agglomeration effects of other cities are not strong,and the industrial agglomeration between cities of the same size.The difference is small.The high-speed rail opening and the frequency of high-speed rail links between cities have little impact on the real estate industry.The impact on the real estate industry in big cities is not significant.The impact on the real estate industry in small and medium-sized cities is at the bottom of all factors,in contrast to the urban Investment demand and consumer demand have a greater impact on the real estate industry.Finally,the tourism pattern of the Yangtze River Delta has been fully opened and the whole world has developed,spreading from a point layout to a sheet layout.The high-speed rail opening has a significant multiplier effect on tourism development in large cities.Due to the limitation of its own resource endowments,the high-speed rail has a weaker effect on the tourism industry of small and medium-sized cities.The impact of the frequency of high-speed rail links between cities on the tourism industry is weaker than other influencing factors.For large cities,the impact of consumer demand is the strongest.For small and medium-sized cities,the impact of economic development is the strongest,followed by consumption.Demand and the impact of high-speed rail connectivity.All in all,in the context of rapid construction of high-speed rail,before and after the opening of the high-speed railway,the industrial pattern of the production services,real estate and tourism in the Yangtze River Delta is very different,and the impact of high-speed rail on these three industries is also different.The results of the comprehensive model analysis and the results of the industry comparison before and after the opening of the high-speed rail,the positive effect of the opening of the high-speed rail on the development of urban tourism>Productive service industry>Real estate industry,the frequency of high-speed rail links between cities on the development of producer services industry>Tourism>Real estate industry.In terms of comprehensive city scale and industry type,the comparative advantage of high-speed rail city productive service industry and tourism development is greater than that of non-high-speed rail city.The comparative advantage of high-speed rail metropolis production service industry and tourism development is greater than that of small and medium-sized cities,high-speed rail city real estate development.Compared with non-high-speed rail cities,the advantages are not significant.
