In recent years,the coal volume of The Daqin Line has been maintained at around400 million tons,with an average of 130 pairs of freight trains running every day,and heavy and empty traffic flows running at a high density.Hudong Station,as the "processing plant" of traffic flow on Daqin Line,undertakes the task of combining,decomposing and connecting heavy and empty trains on Daqin Line.In the context of "freight increment",it has been under the pressure of transportation organization with high tension.The busy operation brings great pressure to the field management and staff.However,in recent years,the comprehensive and systematic analysis and guidance of Hudong Station's transportation capacity is not thorough enough at both the research level and the application level.In addition,the lack of higher theoretical accomplishment of on-site production personnel has resulted in the waste of on-site resources to some extent,and the potential of existing technical equipment of Hudong Marsheling Station cannot be fully exerted.The transportation capacity of Hudong marshalling station is taken as the research object.Based on the research results about the transportation capacity of marshalling yard at home and abroad,combined Hudong rail yard situation,the characteristics of technology and equipment and operation organization mode,the method of capacity checking that is suitable for Hudong station is selected.Combining with field investigation,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the station yard type,traffic flow structure,transfer organization of the operator and the conductor,combination process of heavy load train,train tail,train technical inspection,train shunting,car number and traffic flow technology of Hudong Station.By improving the existing realistic methods,the disadvantages of conventional realism in only three days are avoided.After four times of analysis and combing of realistic data throughout the year,the technical operation procedure and time standard of each freight train,the time standard of occupancy to departure line,the time standard of occupancy to throat turnout,the time standard of adaptation,etc.,are accurately obtained to calculate the capacity indexes of marshalling station.Finally,combined with the actual situation of Hudong station,such as technical equipment and operation organization,the station finally determined the limiting capacity and the influencing factors of the limiting capacity of Hudong Station throughthe analysis of the capacity calculation table.At the same time,the optimization strategy of Hudong station's transportation capacity is proposed from five aspects,such as improving the turnover efficiency of empty vehicles,optimizing the operation mode of heavy vehicles,strengthening the joint control of vehicles and machines,integrating regional advantages,and transforming the marshalling equipment.5 pictures,31 charts and 48 references.
