| Research on maintenance strategy of CTCS-2 train control channel from Suining to Sanhui Town on the Da-cheng Railway aims to improve the existing maintenance scheme,make the maintenance organization measures more scientific and rigorous,and enhance the use quality of train control equipment and channel.Based on the existing maintenance management methods and rules and regulations of communication specialty of Chengdu Bureau Group Company,and combined with the actual situation of train control channel in the east section of Da-Cheng railway,the purpose of this project is to establish a set of scientific and reasonable,rigorous and practical maintenance scheme of train control channel,so as to make the maintenance of train control channel more efficient,ensure the operation stability of train control equipment,and ensure the safety of railway transportation in the future.This paper is divided into four parts.Firstly,the development history of train control system is briefly introduced,and the development process of train control system at home and abroad is briefly summarized,so that you can understand the origin and application value of train control system.The second part focuses on the basic structure and equipment composition of CTCS-2 and CTCS-3 Train Control System,and simply analyzes the role of each module of train control system in train operation,At the same time,combined with the current application status of train control equipment in Suining to Sanhui Town section of Da-Cheng Railway,the paper focuses on the analysis of the functions of train control ground equipment and the shortcomings of daily maintenance,aiming at the functions and business logic of CTCS-2 level train control system in Da-Cheng east section,The overall structure and network of train control system are further analyzed,and the daily maintenance requirements and standards of train control system equipment in railway are briefly summarized.In the third part,the development history and transmission principle of optical fiber communication system are briefly summarized.This paper describes the application of optical fiber in railway communication,and then discusses the use of optical fiber core resources in the train control channel from Suining to Sanhui town of Chengdu Bureau Group Company,the organization measures for routine maintenance of train control channel and the rules,regulations and standards for routine maintenance of optical fiber cable in railway communication.The use of signal safety data network channel in train control system and relevant emergency disposal status are described.At the same time,it points out the problems in the process of routine maintenance and emergency repair of train control channel.In order to further improve the application quality of the field equipment of train control,the paper finally analyzes the safety and stability of the communication transmission channel of the signal safety data network in the ground equipment of train control,From the group company,station and workshop level,it is suggested to carry out the whole chapter construction and sort out the responsibility positioning,Clear technical standards,improve emergency response plan,strengthen the management of the joint Department of signal and communication specialty and the mutual integration and mutual learning of the specialty,jointly standardize the maintenance cycle and process of train control channel,strengthen the communication of failure handling of train control system equipment,strengthen the safety business education of employees,give full play to the monitoring role of network management system,and actively strive for the upgrading and transformation of equipment.In order to further ensure the safe and stable use of the signal safety data network channel in the train control system of each CTCS-2 and CTCS-3 level train control section,and further guarantee the safety and smoothness of railway transportation.10 charts,4 tables,49 references. |
