Both CTCS-2 and CTCS-3 train control system are key systems of protecting the safety of China’s high-speed railway, balise is an indepensable point transmission device in the train control system to implement the communication with the train,which provides important vehicle controling information for the board equipment ATP by the way of transmitting telegrams.The train control system engineering data compiling is the fundamental basis of compiling balise telegrams, the correctness of which is directly related to the safety of the high speed operating train. It is provided by the railway signaling design department to describe line information through a set of data tables, including line slope table, line speed table, positive line signal data table, balise position table, route information data table, etc., at the same time, the use of CAD design software is required to draw a long line profile drawing to visually reflect line condition. With the flourishing of the CTCS-2 and CTCS-3 level lines, the demand for train control system engineering data compiling is getting greater and greater, the traditional way of manual design is not only labor-intensive, inefficient,but also calculation error prone, adopting the way of computer-aided design to compile the train control system engineering data tables can overcome the shortcoming of inefficiency, and is help to improve the quality and accuracy of design. To this end, Exploring an intelligent train control engineering data compiling system to realize the automation of design has important practical significance and application value.The thesis takes the CTCS-2 and CTCS-3 train control system engineering data compiling as two main lines, elaborates the overall design of the the train control system engineering data compiling system on the basis of carring out specific needs analysis by comprehensively analyzing the train controling principle of the CTCS-2 and CTCS-3 train control system and briefly introducing the classification working principle and function of the point balise,which is the ground signal controling key equipment. combined with the actual line data provided by the site,first,in the positive line signal data module, the thesis completes the automatic compiling of the positive line signal data table by studing the operating mileage coordinate transformation algorithm; Then, in the balise laying module, through the analysis and study of function definitions, link relationship, data coverage and imformation packet structure of different types of balises, according to the CTCS-2 level and CTCS-3 level train control system ground balise laying principle, the thesis achieves the automatic laying of the main balise groups of full range not only positive line but also lateral line and the autoestablishment of the balise position table; in the following route information data module, combined with the line grade and the station track circuit fomat, scheme configuration is proposed, with respect to track section information link information、speed information, the main automatically compiling algorithms are reserched, in addition to achieving the supplement of balise laying; finally, the thesis puts forward a combinatorial optimization scheme based on line profile drawing.
