Industrial heritage is an important part of China's cultural heritage.Under the general background of urban economic structural transformation and incremental development to stock development, the reuse of industrial wasteland, industrial enterprise transformation, and industrial building reconstruction have become the development of urban renewal and development.Important content and driving force, under this development trend, the protection and utilization of industrial heritage has become a hot topic in recent years.Different types of industrial heritage protection and utilization methods have universal methods. However, due to the individual characteristics of the industrial heritage and the development characteristics of the city where it is located, adaptive strategies should also be proposed in the process of protection and utilization. Therefore, this article studies the protection and utilization of specific types of industrial heritage(coal mine industrial heritage)in typical cities(Zaozhuang)to enrich relevant theoretical research results and also provide theoretical basis for urban development planning. The concept of "heritage corridor" is a regional and global protection strategy dedicated to large-scale,linear heritage, involving multiple elements such as culture, nature, and humanities in urban development. It is a new idea for current research on the protection and use of heritage and the theoretical source of this study.Based on this, this paper takes the coal mine industrial heritage of the Zaozhuang section of the Jinpu Railway as the starting point, combs the characteristics and connections between the elements of the "heritage corridor" system, and then proposes the renewal strategy and reuse model of the coordinated urban development of the Zaozhuang coal mine industrial heritage. This article is problem-oriented,starting from several aspects of "problem analysis-theoretical exploration-pattern construction-strategy proposal".Problem analysis: By investigating the current situation of industrial heritage protection,China is paying more and more attention to the research and practice related to the protection of large-scale heritage. The "heritage corridor" as a new idea of heritage protection following the current development trend has become a research hotspot. The renewal of mining areas, the transformation of coal mine industrial enterprises and urban planning are not coordinated. For mining areas, economic development is lagging behind, the historical pattern is impacted, and residents' senseof identity and belonging are weakened. For urban development, mining areas become urban renewal. The obstacles for the coal mine resource-based cities are the decline of mines and the decline of cities.Theoretical research: from a macro perspective, sort out the development pattern of China 's coal mine industrial heritage and put forward the theoretical basis for the construction of China 's coal mine industrial heritage protection pattern under the concept of “heritage corridor”,and point out the strategic research value of Jinpu Railway as an important heritage corridor.By analyzing the regional characteristics of the Zaozhuang section along the Jinpu Railway, the necessity and inevitability of carrying out research on the protection of the industrial heritage of Zaozhuang Coal Mine is put forward, and combined with the reading of historical materials, investigation and interviews, the Zaozhuang Coal Mine industrial heritage, the mining area's ecological environment, and the heritage-related social and cultural factors are investigated And log in as data support to carry out relevant research.Method exploration: Analyze the predicament of Zaozhuang coal mine industrial enterprise itself and the level of urban transformation, and put forward the research method of "mine-city" collaboration.Use GIS technology to construct a value evaluation model to evaluate and grade the coal mine industrial heritage within the scope of registration as the theoretical basis and value orientation for constructing a global, integral and scientific coal mine industrial heritage protection pattern.Construction of the pattern: First, the goal principle of the adaptive protection and utilization of the industrial heritage of Zaozhuang Coal Mine under the concept of“heritage corridor” is proposed.Secondly, the industrial heritage cultural corridor and green corridor of the Zaozhuang section of the Jinpu Railway along the Jinpu Railway will be constructed according to the heritage value grade, together with relevant non-material The integration of cultural heritage to form an overall protection pattern.Strategy proposed: According to the development characteristics of the overall protection pattern of coal mine industrial heritage in Zaozhuang section of Jinpu railway, this paper studies the protection and utilization strategies of coal mine industrial heritage in Zaozhuang section from three aspects of "the renewal of coal mine industrial heritage gathering area-the transformation of Coal Mine Industrial Enterprises-the reuse of related buildings and structures of coal mine industry".Combining with the development planning of Zaozhuang City, this paper putsforward the coal mine industry from a macro perspective The mechanism of coordinated renewal and development of gathering areas and cities is proposed. The strategy of transformation of coal mining industry enterprises and coordinated development of cities at the economic, environmental and cultural levels is put forward from the perspective of the medium and even the micro perspective. The scheme of reuse of coal mining industry related buildings and urban innovation and development is proposed. On this basis, the specific implementation of relevant planning strategies is analyzed based on practical cases Case.
