Study On The Protection Strategy Of Railway Industrial Heritage From The Perspective Of Heritage Corridor

Railway as the 20 th century,the most important means of transport,economic and social development and progress of human civilization has made a contribution can not be ignored,is the witness of urban development.With the continuous development of science and technology and industry,industry characteristics of the first generation of railway gradually fade out of people's attention.Due to lack of function,management is not good and so many reasons,making the abandoned railway not only hinder the development of the city,but also become garbage everywhere,weeds crowded city negative space.Jiaoji Railway is the first railway in Shandong Province,is also one of China's earliest railway,1904,opened to traffic across the board has been 110 years of history.As an important transportation route and main economic context in Shandong Province,the passage of Jiaoji Railway has also stimulated many villages and small sites along the route to gradually develop into a distribution center for population logistics and become a regional economic center at that time.Under its influence,Jinan Become the first city since the commercial port.At present,the continuous expansion of the city scale leads to the contradiction between the industrial land of Jiaoji Railway and the urban renewal function,and the work of protecting and reusing the industrial heritage of Jiaoji Railway is imminent.However,due to the frequent change of its ownership,many basic materials are missing,Jiaoji Railway Industrial heritage research is advancing slowly.In early 2016,Shandong University of Architecture started Jiaoji Railway industrial heritage field research project,plans to complete within two years Jiaoji Railway industrial heritage field investigation work,the main purpose of field investigation work is to find the heritage and improve the basic information for the follow-up Of the protection of research work to lay a good foundation,which is the first time in Shandong territory to carry out a survey of linear heritage and research work for the Jiaoji Railway along the industrial heritage protection and re-use of the foundation.The regional protection of industrial heritage has been widely concerned around the world,and industrial heritage scholars pay more attention to the integrity and group value of industrial heritage.Railway industrial heritage as a special line of regional heritage,occupies a large proportion of industrial heritage,and in history,art,science and technology and culture has a unique value reflected.At present,there are two kinds of cultural lines and heritage corridors in the field of industrial heritage.The heritage corridor can guide the protection and re-use of railway industrial heritage from investigation,construction to maintenance and operation.The main research areas of the heritage corridor include the heritage,the green corridor,the explanation system,the four parts of the trail,through the theme to determine the registration and evaluation of the heritage to carry out the specific operation and implementation.Compared to the cultural line,whether it is the economic revitalization of the heritage corridor target,or its management grassroots,the development of dynamic,are able to better adapt to the current national conditions of China's industrial heritage protection.Through the literature review method,the interdisciplinary research method,the field investigation method,under the guidance of the theory of the heritage corridor,to protect and restore the overall structure and historical style of Jiaoji Railway industrial heritage corridor,revitalize the city history industrial agglomeration area as the goal,The construction of industrial heritage corridor of Jiaoji Railway Fangzi section.From the construction of green space system,explain the system,transportation systems and key industrial building protection in four areas to consider,focusing on important industrial building protection and reuse.Under the guidance of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Cultural Relics(Amendment)and the Guidance on the Protection and Utilization of Industrial Heritage,the three levels of the core protected areas,the control zones and the control zones are divided according to the designated protection level Different areas of morphological protection or functional updates,proposed urban renewal,industrial landscape regeneration,industrial heritage tourism and other renewable mode.The main purpose of this paper is to study the composition,value and protection of linear industrial heritage corridors through the study of industrial heritage protection in Jiaozi Railway,and combine with the knowledge of architecture,ecology,landscape and society,This paper studies the construction of Jiaoji Railway industrial heritage,and provides reference for the protection of other parts of Jiaoji Railway.
