Infrastructure management is a part of electric power information construction.Compared with other industries,electric power infrastructure projects have higher technical and safety requirements,diversified types of projects,different construction processes,involving many human and material resources,and difficult management.At present,due to the imperfect management system and unscientific management methods,the cost of power infrastructure projects often exceeds the standard,the progress is slow and other phenomena,there are hidden dangers in quality and safety.In this context,starting from the actual work needs,this paper studies the design and implementation of the infrastructure project management information system for local power companies.The system is designed according to industry standards,guided by advanced project management theory and quality management theory,and provides complete management services for power infrastructure projects,from pre-project arrival to project start,schedule management and final completion acceptance.Furthermore,it provides technical planning and change services,quality management functions and ensures infrastructure construction in the process of project management.Technical standards and quality requirements of the project.In the stage of requirement analysis,the power infrastructure project management business is analyzed from both functional and non-functional aspects.In the functional requirement analysis,the system business is divided into five modules: pre-equipment,schedule management,quality management,completion and commissioning,and system management.Activity modeling is carried out based on UML use case diagram.In the non-functional requirement analysis,the system business is indexed.The performance requirements of the system are described.In data modeling,the system data is modeled by relational data model,and the design of E-R graph model and database information table is given.In the design stage,the architecture design of the system,including the architecture and functional architecture,is given at first.In the specific design and implementation,this paper chooses J2 EE development environment,builds MVC development framework based on S truts2,designs and implements the system of B/S architecture,describes the realization of the main functional modules of the system in detail by class diagram and sequence diagram,and focuses on the standardized construction technology management function,graphical construction progress management function,as well as internal control and external control.The design and implementation of the quality management function of the project supervised by the Ministry.In the testing stage,this paper uses the black box test method to test five functional modules of the management information system of infrastructure projects,formulates test cases,and analyses the test results.Pressure testing software is used to test the performance of the system under the condition of multi-user access.Based on the indexes defined in the non-functional requirement analysis,the response time of the system at runtime,the ability of the system to work stably,and the ability of fault recovery are counted.The test results of the system are analyzed to verify whether the infrastructure project management information system designed and implemented in this paper is correct or not.To meet the needs of demand analysis and practical work of local power companies.Comprehensive functional test and non-functional test show that the capital construction management information system developed in this paper for local power companies has achieved the expected research objectives.
