With the continuous development of China’s economy, society, constructionenterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition, which makes theconstruction enterprises in the process management must be keeping pace with thetimes, innovation, especially in the aspect of project quality management, thetraditional quality management method showed more and more defects andshortcomings, and at the same time, the construction enterprises in the projectmanagement has some problems, mainly in the absence of perfect sound qualitymanagement system; the lack of project quality management monitoring andoperation; not good at using the advanced quality management methods, the conceptis relatively backward, the traditional concept of dominant, innovation is poor, thequality management of these enterprises come to a deadlock. Therefore, this articlediscusses how the dynamic quality management thought gradually applied to thepractice of Engineering management.This thesis research the domestic and foreign quality management theory arereviewed, the quality management theory are introduced; the present situation ofquality management of Tianjin Chentang Zhuang thermal power plant relocationproject and analysis, points out that the basic system of the current project qualitymanagement, defects and problems existing in the management process and the basis;on the dynamic management system, put forward the construction of TianjinChentang Zhuang thermal power plant project quality, combined with the value chaintheory, considering the engineering project quality management work flow analysisand quality cause decomposition, draw the corresponding quality dynamicmanagement process and measures; and then puts forward the method of internal andexternal combination of quality management of the value chain, and gradually formperfect the management system of construction project quality dynamic value chain.Through this study, to help domestic construction enterprises to achievesignificant breakthrough of quality management, the scope of application of thetheory of value chain extension, enhance the construction enterprise project quality,has the vital significance to enhance the overall management level; at the same time,in-depth analysis of the project value chain activities for the construction enterprise’swork flow decomposition and quality cause decomposition, the method ofconstruction enterprises improve the quality of management, has important referencevalue to eliminate the disadvantages of traditional quality management. |
