The fuze is a control system that can achieve the function of detonating or igniting under some predetermined conditions by utilizing target information,environment information,information platform and network information.It can choose for attacking,given life or extended range engine ignition instructions and the damage effect information.The electronic time fuze,as one of the advanced fuze,due to its higher reliability,stronger anti-jamming,higher precision and lower cost,is widely applied to many weapon systems.Therefore,the actual performance of the electronic fuze is of the utmost importance.To guarantee the quality of such fuze,the electric performance test during the manufacturing needs to be strictly conducted;hence the related testing system is indispensable.A qualified testing system can not only provide necessary reference for designing but also can provide standards for quality control.In this paper,a general testing system aiming at electronic time fuze for long-range rocket is designed.Compared with the traditional fuze testing systems,the designed one has the advantages of simple to operate,easy to use,fast to test.Besides,it also has high testing precision and strong expansibility.Based on the detailed analysis of the electrical performance testing requirements of the electronic time fuze,this thesis summarizes the specific requirements for system function and indexes.According to the principle of fuze and the idea of modular designing,an overall designing of the testing system is accomplished.In this design,the hardware of the lower computer takes single-chip microcomputer as controlling core and adopts modular design,which includes the main control circuit,parameter setting circuit,path detection circuit,resistance detection circuit,current detection circuit,modifying signal analog circuit,ignition pulse detection circuit,data acquisition circuit,timing circuit,power management circuit,bus interface circuit,input and output circuit and other functional modules.It can realize the function of setting the working parameters and working conditions,and the monitoring of the working process and related characteristic parameters.The upper computer testing software is developed based on the Visual Basic 6.0 platform,which can realize the functions of sampled data processing,testing results displaying,storing and reporting.The designed testing system has been evaluated by users that it runs stably and reliably.That is to say,it has achieved the important goals for truly and comprehensively reflecting the technical status of electronic time fuze.
