Efficiency is a key element in the development of today's enterprises.The same products,companies that can efficiently meet production needs are often better able to survive.Similarly,for mechanical engineering companies,in order to better sell products,it is necessary to display the designed products perfectly in front of the customers,which requires the company to produce the relevant documentation and publish of the mechanical products better and faster.Here,the concept of mechanical product publish is introduced.The product publish refers to the information introduction document of the mechanical product.The introduction document records the model illustration,the parts illustration,the part information,the size,quantity,maintenance status,etc.of various parts.These documents are produced in a unified form and form a product publish of the product.The traditional product publish system only provides one publish for a certain series of products,which means that it is impossible for the publish document to match each model one-to-one,which leads to inaccurate and detailed product information.Meet the diverse needs of our customers.The main reason for this situation is that the manual efficiency of the designers is limited,and it is impossible to manually produce detailed and exquisite publication manuals for a certain type of mechanical products.However,with the rapid development of CAD technology,especially the development of material management technology has brought an opportunity to change this situation,making it possible to develop a complete,fast and convenient digital product publish system.The SolidWorks-based product publish system is a tool for quickly producing mechanical product publish documents.It is based on the three-dimensional model of the mechanical product that the designer has modeled and the relevant information recorded on it,using the explosion map creation tool and the three-dimensional ball mark.Tools,drawing tools,etc.process 3D models and drawings to get illustrations of models and parts in a specified view.Next,the illustrations and drawings are related to the product-related information.Finally,the distribution program generates the publication documents under certain rules.The article mainly introduces several key tools in the product publish system,including their functions,data flow and usage process.The article also highlights the development of several key technologies.Although the SolidWorks software comes with an explosion map creation function,the process of making an explosion map is cumbersome,and the explosion result is not easy to adjust,is not beautiful,and is inefficient to use.At the same time,for the label marking function,the software does not provide any help on how to manage the ball mark.The setting,arrangement,size,information synchronization and management of the ball mark can only be manually adjusted step by step,and the repeated work is not only the last and the last effect.Not ideal enough and inefficient.In view of the shortcomings of the SolidWorks software explosion map function and the ball mark related function and the project requirements,this paper first clarifies the development goals,and confirms the need to develop three main functions of the explosion map manufacturing tool,the three-dimensional ball marker tool and the engineering tool.Module.The explosion map making tool is based on the automatic explosion algorithm for automatic movement of the parts.The automatic adjustment algorithm can conveniently adjust the movement parameters of each part,and can also generate the explosion map with multi-level sub-assembly.The three-dimensional ball mark labeling tool mainly uses the three-dimensional ball mark automatic labeling algorithm to quickly mark all the parts in the assembly,and the two algorithms are supported by the intelligent acquisition of the attachment points and the determination of the labeling order of the ball mark.The engineering drawing tool performs secondary development for the 3D ball mark labeling and 2D labeling function of SolidWorks software,optimizes the label marking operation in the engineering drawing,simplifies the label marking process,and meticulously manages the ball label information.Improve the efficiency of drawing production,improve engineering drawing production and part data management.Based on the product distribution system consisting of the above three important modules,the content quality of the product publish document has completely surpassed the traditional mechanical product publish production system,and the publish production process based on this is far from being efficient.The traditional method of production.After a lot of real-life scenarios,the digital product publish system based on SolidWorks design has been able to meet the company's needs and achieve the desired goals.
