Based On Solidworks Three-dimensional Library Of Nc Rotary Automatic Design

Vertical carousel is one of important equipments of logistics system. Compared with traditional modules of storage, the vertical carousel can save a lot of space and time. Further more, it makes management much more effective. Vertical carousel not only can be used in storehouse but also in product line. At home and overseas, it has been used in many fields such as electronics, food, tobacco and manufacture. Vertical carousel is series of products, commonly which is made according to the user's requests. The structures of the vertical carousel are analyzed in this paper. Combining CAD technology, the automatic designing software of the vertical carousel is developed based on SolidWorks.The contents are as follows:1) On the basis of traditional design methods and the optimization method by means of VC++.NET 2003, the optimizing design module of the vertical carousel's structures is developed. Using the module, the main structure parameters that meet requirements of load and cubage can be obtained.2) The characteristics of three-dimensioned drawing technology of Solid Works are analyzed, the second development technology is studied in detail, and s the most effective method of the second development is investigated.3) The dimension relativity of parts of the vertical carousel is analyzed, and the father parameters and son parameters are confirmed, and the standard-part library and part library are built. By means of VB.NET 2003, SolidWorks and Access 2000 , the parameterized drawing module of vertical carousel is developed.4) Integrating the module of the optimum design of structures and the parameterized drawing module, an integrated vertical carousel automatic designing software is obtained. Then the design according to the user's requirements can be carried out rapidly.
